It would work but once you go through an area once you are just leaving behind boss battles, your second and third storylines are going to be 90% grind without trainers.
Yes, but I instead recommend doing the region in two "halves". You work your way south to north, but on the east and the west half of the region roughly the same levels will exist. So split your teams in east and west for maximum difficulty. Although some things do scale with your progress (rival battles), those generally don't cause a lose condition.

From mesagoza south, go hug the right mountain and climb up. You should see a gap that your box legend can jump across to enter a hidden area. You can find one Riolu there during the day. Also Starly, Salazzle, Sligoo Hisui and in another hidden area further a Lilligant

My understanding is, Pokemon that had floating animations prior now change contextually. I dont believe Eelectross had the animation in your pic before, which should confirm that it at least has standing animations somewhere.

i figured how the breeding, literally just eat a sandwich with egg power kek, it seems having the ball out at the picnic makes breeding not work so get rid of that, i did it with ditto + other mon only them in my party get eggs in a few mins of afk. they hatch really fast in this game maybe like 200 steps

Big mistake - everyone should book it to the school and get the mount, then get the first three titans so the world is totally open. Wall climb and glide only open up a few TMs and areas with high level (65) mons.

Not really because the star bases will not give much exp. You'd have to have a lot of candies or grinding between them.

I can understand not showing items on the map since there's too many probably and it encourages exploration but making me find fricking trainers to fight and not letting me know if I've found them all is a b***h and a half. I don't give a shit about the terra raid den things, I want to see enemy trainer icosn on the map instead.
Also really wish the mini map had a "greyed out" version that gets colored in once you've physically explored it, cause trying to keep track of where I have and haven't been is annoying.
I dislike how it isn't always north pointing by default but like it otherwise
I find myself in extremely high lvl zones and extremely low lvl zones all the time lol
As a fellow completiongay I feel you. Not finding all the TMs or trainers will bother me to no end, I've explored some areas multiple times and am keeping track of my explored areas in fricking gimp.
Is there an extra large version of the in game map so I can do similar? Having to bring up the map in game to try and see where I'm even going is annoying
