Ultima-Tera sounds boring. It should've been super-effective to every type but also weak to every type.
did we ever get an answer as to why terastallization is called that? Because if not, then considering terapagos "terraformed" area zero, then that could tie in everything together in terms of naming schemes
aside from the "crystallization" part of "terastallization", the "tera" part comes from "terastal" but thats not a real word, so honestly this is a neat observation

It’s almost certainly Tera’s, and links to both ‘marvel’, ‘Wonder’, and ‘Monster’; all of which can describe Paradox Pokemon pretty well, as well as Terapagos having only one ‘R’, it can’t be Terra, because the whole point of the Tera phenomenon is the energy inside of the crystals, not just the crystals themselves. Especially if that energy is responsible for making Ancient/Future Pokémon the way they are.
At least that makes 5e most sense to me.

Khu never commented about this so I doubt it's real. The post date is 9/20/2023, which all information regarding pokemon was already known or hinted at. Anything story wise is stuff they made up. If the conclusion of the story isn't supposed to give a direct answer if it's "time travel or imaginary" then this is all false.

We have Jigglypuff, Magneton, Misdreavus, and potentially Delibird as a single stage if you count them. Slither Wing could be based, not on Volcarona, but Larvesta with the way it looks and is modeled. Even Iron Treads, as weird it is to say, while it has tusks, it’s general shape could be attributed to Phanpy as much as Donphan itself. Though the same could be said with Slither Wing?
Only Delibird is single stage tho.
Slither Wing literally has Volcarona’s head and almost has identical wings too.
Iron Treads definitely resembles Donphan more.(also they literally have the same cries as them except a specific part)
