Not him but you still can't pirate Judgment/Lost Judgment on PC because of Denuvo. Not having to worry about Denuvo is actually a gigantic point in the PS5s favor as far as piracy is concerned but they need to get through the hypervisor first before you can play pirated games.
It's like how for Diofield Chronicle you have to emulate the Switch version if you want to pirate it despite there being a PC release because it has Denuvo.
Eventually PS4 support will stop, you're not going to be able to keep pirating games on PS4 forever, 2023 will probably be the last year for crossgen support now that Sony can get 50% more chips from a wafer with their newest revision and the swap to a 6nm node. A hacked PS5 lets you continue to play free games in the future and 60 FPS free games are obviously better than 30 FPS free games regardless.
