It varies depending on what they're doing. Sometimes you can't DL games or launch online games, sometimes matchmaking for valve games dies, the friends server almost always dies.
And then sometimes nothing really happens at all (except for the friends server going down, that always happens).
Thanks fren. Seems that maintenance happens late in my timezone so I never saw it, especially if it always lands on Tuesdays.
