Yes, generally speaking Eldar are worth more to the Chaos Gods because of their big tasty souls. Slaanesh gets dibs on them because of the circumstances of its's creation, but they're all quite partial to them. You can even get extra points by doing things that are particularly pleasing to the Gods - these are the suggested Glorifying Acts for Slaanesh from the Black Crusade RPG (another in the same line of tabletop games that Rogue Trader is based on)

The soulstone doesn't do anything if it's not in contact with the eldar when it dies. It's just a cage that catches the soul if it happens to be nearby when they kick it. And if it does catch the soul, well, yeah, you just break it.

Since the warp is entirely constructed of the thoughts and desires of mortals, she can then "see" the stream of consciousness of everyone around her. She can influence people because the warp connection goes both ways, you can fiddle with the bit of a person's soul in the warp which can affect them in basically any way. If you destroy it the person usually dies instantly, for example.

If you're wearing heavy armour and tanking bullets you should look like it, if your in a hazmat suit to explore somewhere posionous you shouldn't just go around in you're regular wear. That said an option to have a secondary set of stylish clothes you automatically switch to for nob combat situations like when on your ship would go a long way.
