Isn't it an expression for "I don't know" or something. Clearly, they had nobody on stay that could read the Japanese title but they could make out the Sun part
It's someone intepreting hiragana as stylized latin characters. ぷ = i j i, よ = d k.
At first I thought someone had just typed random keys as a placeholder for the title and literally forgot about it before printing, since I've often hit the old lkjkljljlk myself when trying to type random characters. However the d is on the other side of the keyboard, and then that pattern repeats again, so yeah.
Also: "good, but as good as Baku Baku Animal"
isn't Baku the word for idiot or something? Now that I'm remembering it right, I guess that's "baka", unless it's another form of the word. "as good as Idiot Idiot Animal."
Also why is there a but in that sentence? He must have meant "not as good as Baku Baku Animal".
"You start off on the easy setting and work through to the medium and then hard setting".. - incredible journalism right there.
"storyline is not worth spitting on", what kind of a sentence is that, we don't want an image of spit.
>isn't Baku the word for idiot or something?
Baku Baku Animal is a real game, and Baku Baku is an Onomatopoeia for "Chomp Chomp", as the animal pieces eat their respective food pieces.
>Tetris Clone
imbecile. Puyo Puyo does not play like Tetris at all. If you know how to play Tetris it doesn't mea that you can perform a 9-Chain chombo in Puyo.
An example of a clone would be the Game Boy game Alleyway, which is a clone of Breakout.
Ironically Sega didn't impose the same restrictions Nintendo had with it's licensees. Which stipulated that any games developed for the NES/SNES had to be exclusive for a period of two years. And people get pissed when Sony signs the latest Final Fantasy to just one. This is why consoles damaged gaming in the long run. Unnecessary restrictions that hurt consoomers.
Ah... Ijidkijidk, great game
Play it first for some puzzle action, then Ripto for some platforming.
Ripto best mascot.
Ripto is a cooler name than Spyro
スパイロ. Spyro. It’s very retarded typographic design, but it’s still readable.
how the fuck does something like this happen?

The trainwreck just keeps going.

The bar for becoming a gaming journalist in the 1990 was below the sea level.
people are focusing on the title but the copy actually makes me upset

hahah fucking colossal retard journo.
>not be released in Britbong land
>similar games already
IT'S THE 90S AND IT'S TIME FOR KLAX
the original Puyo Puyo was for FDS anyway
I thought it started on MSX?
It was released on both on the same day
Because Moo was worried about Puyo Puyo being called a Dr Mario rip-off
I'm scared of Madou 4
I got the feeling they'll fuck up as expected. Can we trust the Neptunia writers?
Of course not, it will be a souless husk wearing Madou's corpse and people will love it.
Neptunia is good
*was good
cool cia frog
Haha funny joke
Lay off the ribs
Arle looks so cute here.
source of the game?
MS Paint
Sega isn't Nintendo. They don't blackmail companies into not porting games to other platforms.
Sega was too busy trying to sell their retard customers some joke add-ons
