Seiken Densetsu: Legend of Mana -The Teardrop Crystal

The anime is surprisingly well made albeit pure fanservice, to the point I don't know how anyone who didn't play the game could understand a single thing of what is going on.

Come to think of it, what were that fatass and the israeliteel thief trying to accomplish? That's like the one detail I forgot when it comes to that whole quest line. I spent too much time trying to focus on accomplishing pic related.

>fatass
The Inspector? Or who? >jewel thief
She is a Jumi herself who was killing her fellow Jumi because she was working for some big baddie who told her he could "save" her Guardian, Florina, from death if she killed 1000 Jumi to get their cores
The fatass is apparently a living star who combines all that he eats into one being, so Sandra and him hoped to be able to restore the Jumi by feeding him 1000 jumi cores so he could create a crystal teardrop or at least have the jumi race live on inside him.
I mean, most of the side plots are dirt simple. There's not that much to understand. The game's complexity lies in its abstruse quest design and batshit, autistic crafting systems.
I was disappointed with the game. Yeah, it's pretty, but boy does it play like shit.
Anon, ignore the opinion of normalgays. The anime was made for the nostalgiagays and everything is to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Seiken Densetsu franchise.
If you like the game just watch the anime and enjoy.
Also >When did work on the Legend of Mana remaster begin and how did it end up being picked for this revival of sorts? >Masaru Oyamada, Square Enix: If I think back to when we started considering it, that would be around 2019. >When we released the Super Famicom version of Trials of Mana outside of Japan for the first time through Collection of Mana, I remember European players telling me that they wanted us to localize Legend of Mana as well. >At the time, Trials of Mana was still in development, so we weren’t able to start working on it right away. That’s when the production of this title started.

They're probably going to expand on the story, the sapphire jumi and his aquamarine(?) knight aren't in the game yet they're pretty prominent in the opening and ending sequences.
damn look at dem tiddies
Who b***h dis is? She's got a nice rack.
Isn't she 14 in the anime?.
yeah outta ten goddam
if Rachel is your waifu ( think that's her name), do i have bad news for you.
She bodyswaps with a female student though right? Right?
Where are the gem breasts?
Isn't this that girl that hates her dad?
The anime OP is great
Also, the ending is pure SOVL
It is, I'm glad they're utilizing the great soundtrack the game has
Why do her pearls float in mid-air though?
Mana, I ain't gotta explain shit
If I pull that israeliteel out of here sternum will she die?
Yes, no memes for you. Jumi die when you pull their cores out

It would be extremely painful and she would die like the other anon said
>no Daena
fail
Never played this one. Is it worth a playthrough? I liked Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3.
Still bizarre as hell that they made a entire anime based off the Jumi storyline
Where can I stream this for free with subs
Here. This is all you can get.

>he plays as the girl
I flipped a coin. Both seemed fine to me.
>he plays as the gay
Let me guess, you want to self-insert in him.
Why the hell couldn't they make an anime out of one of the GOOD games?
but it is
there's only two good games in the series
seiken densetsu 3 and legend of mana
Anons, I...
Show me the top 10 of whatever website that rating is from, inb4 it's all shounen shit and/or seasonal shit like Spy x Family
Nothing wrong with that.

I hope the animation and flow of the arc matches the passion of the staff behind it
where do i find this shit? do i need crunchyroll or is it in any normal streaming service?
where can i download
https://subsplease.org/shows/seiken-densetsu-legend-of-mana-the-teardrop-crystal/
there was a group called horrible subs that was sharing crunchyroll rips, but they went under and subsplease popped up to take their place..
outside of the onion knight guy, it almost seems too faithful.
its pretty trippy to think a random ps1 game would get an anime.

How come they only showed the male hero? Where's the female hero?
