im not good at anything so its either that or killing myself
you will not become a gamedev without getting good at a few things at least.
the flip side is, if you really work for it, you might find your calling in one of its many facets.
Here's my advice - download an IDE, work through programming tutorials(preferably C++, but that's just me) and make a few interactive things. Like a quiz program, or a calculator.
Then move on to an engine, or use some framework to draw things on screen. Then you can make a pong or tetris variant and put your own spin on it.
That should be enough to get you started.
