because it follows up on the corner cutting like dexcut and forced EXP share and removes things that were still in SWSH like optional battle animations and set mode. Synchronize no longer has any effect outside of battle along with various other ability that used to have secondary effects outside of battle. the game has even worse performance as demonstrated in in various webms (the game having a spaz attack when that one player attempted to catch a Psyduck) and it has even more glitches than gen 1 (Golduck walking in mid air). not to mention they just copy and pasted raids. it feels like a direct sequel to swsh. there is nothing good you can say about the game other than it let's you do gyms out of order in a very half assed way. no level scaling ruins any good that le open world aspect could have brought

The gameplay is very satisfying, the world is overall pretty good looking, it’s very interesting to hunt down different Pokémon in their habitats.

It’s just pure fun. There’s no slowdown or bullshit padding with anything.

It was a few weeks ago, very batantly botted as always, and then that image was made right after the result conveniently looked exactly like they wanted it to.
I just finished the pokedex a few days ago (no shaymin because frick having a SwSh save on my switch) and I found the while experience pretty rewarding. Sometimes it's easier to fill out the dex info by using pokemon you wouldn't normally have on your team and gives you incentive to constantly use different pokemon. It was a fun change of pace but I think games like this should just be in the side projects.
Most people liked it, or at least didn't hate it. A few posters haven't been able to let go of doomer memes from before it released, and a few more (like >53135114)
are now trying to force it into genwars because it is generally well liked.

Especially when you realize the only thing to do in the open world is catching, and when you figure out there's literally no scope/variety to that catching, it's always sneak behind and throw ball. The worst thing is that Pokemon always spawn in the same space which repeatedly ruins the sense of exploration and makes you acutely aware of the fact that this is a video game you're playing.

i do not want to bother with a space time distortion ever again they are my least favorite thing about this game and i dont understand why they are required for dex completion since those mons arent even native to hisui

You can pick up all the evolution items from spacetime distortions, I didn't need to use any of my points from satchel collecting
