Hardly any music hurts too. And I don't see it's title screen get anywhere near the shit it deserves. It's easy to point out positives and negatives because it is an open world filler game made to delay the release of the main game which automatically makes it kind of shit but also much better than any modern open world game because they're ridiculously bloated.

If it was just on the Wii U the game would not be BotW. They put out BotW so they wouldn't have to launch the Switch with the rousing message of "We're delaying the game for a few years to rework it for our new console".
The game is still loaded with vestigial tablet shit after being cut down for parity, the game was obviously a showcase game for the Wii U and there have to be plenty of mechanics that would have worked even worse without the Wii U tablet and had to be cut.
If the game was just on the Wii U it would not be a filler game because that would have eliminated its reason for existing in the way it does.
it would probably be shittier because it would be a Wii U showcase game though, it's not like the various Zelda games like SS or ST have great track records with relying heavily on console gimmicks and it would be a bloated open world game on top of that because they wouldn't have the drive to cut out as much content as they did.
Miiverse would have also been factored in, and probably had something to do with npcs being built off of the Mii system. Towns might've had NPCs based on other players' Miis for instance

The game is mediocre as frick and it has nothing to do with graphics or the art style, you could replace all models with ultra realistic ones with raytracing perfect global illumnation 8K textures and everything, the game still has tons of flaws that even a remaster could not really fix. It's fundamentally flawed
