The GO connection save data wipe glitch might be real but who the frick would connect these games to GO? I don't even have Pokemon Home, frick this shit.
From what I can see on Reddit, people are still regularly connecting to GO to get Vivillons "despite the risk" and nothing is happening to them. No one has come to the thread crying that they were foolhardy and just got their saved wiped by the GO connection. I think modded switches, unofficial GO spoofing apps or even the old "crappy SD card" problem are to blame here, because the only person I could find who said "this just happened to me" was playing the game on fricking ryujinx.

(You can recreate this problem by inserting badly made hacks into your game, saving, quitting and attempting to restart the game) Not a single other soul has posted an image or video of their broken game, and no one has managed to recreate the problem through legitimate means.
