Navigators have a third "warp eye" that allows them to navigate the Warp on their foreheads. Canonically, anyone who looks into a fully opened warp eye, or "The Lidless Stare," dies instantly as their soul is sucked into the immaterium. So, if an army of Chaos Space Marines were looking at Cassia, and she just lifted her tiara while her warp eye was giving the Lidless Stare, they'd all get their souls sucked out of their bodies. Thus, Cassia could potentially solo a traitor legion if she caught them with their pants down.

Adepts also outdamage argenta easily as soon as they gain access to high RoF weapons. She can't compete and no anon has ever posted proof of her doing so.

They reworked it in the release version, clue does more damage now but charges are all used up on the first hit so single shot big damage weapons like snipers and meltas are actually better for it now.

Easy advice for early on if you worry is to make a high strength character build so you can wear heavy armor and have good deflection. Good for early game mitigation (probably not as good when necrons start sniping). There are abilities that specifically boost deflection and tougness overall.
Also, raise medicae to get more out of medkits

But you'll probably want to go strategist or tactician depending on the given abilities. Clues should be more than enough to maximize his damage output but Hunter does enable a guaranteed instant kill against any enemy in the game unless they finally nerfed it.

Because the Imperium of Man in Warhammer 40k is based pretty directly on the Imperium in Dune. In Dune, the Imperium is feudal monarchy comprised of noble houses who compete with each other for control over planets and are all at least nominally loyal to the Padishah Emperor, with their power checked somewhat by CHOAM and the Spacing Guild having a complete monopoly on interplanetary commerce and space travel respectively.
The Imperium of 40k is also run largely by a group of noble houses, though their power is somewhat dwarfed by the Golden Throne and the Ecclesiarchy (the Imperium of Man being based more on the God-Emperor of Dune than anything else), and they take the idea of "space nobility" humorously literally, by having them prefer to dress up as 18th and 19th century European nobles.

Also, you probably don't want to read the second book if you want to see Paul as a genuine messiah figure.
You can read the first four books. The first two books and the next two books tell more or less complete stories. Expect for shit to start getting really weird, especially once you hit God Emperor of Dune.
You can read all six of Frank Herbert's Dune novels. You should be warned that the final two books were intended to be a trilogy to wrap up the Dune saga, but the final book was never written. This is only recommended if you just cannot get enough of Dune and are willing read a story you know is going to end on a cliffhanger that will never be followed up on.
You can read ALL the Dune novels including the Brian Herbert series. This is a good option if you just like the word "Dune." Herbert's son Brian has been shitting out a small library of "Dune" novels with some hack named Kevin Anderson. They are all ostensibly based on his father's notes, if that helps, though as time goes on this claim gets more and more dubious unless Frank Herbert kept notes on pointless minute details like the lives of Chani and Irulan before the start of the first book. In addition, these books can kind of contradict the Frank Herbert Dune novels. For instance, the Butlerian Jihad is portrayed as essentially a war against robot Nazis in the Brian Herbert novels, when in the original Dune books the Butlerian Jihad seemed to be more a religious-philosophical movement against humanity's over-dependence on AI.

It's more complicated in terms of what actually happens but maybe less-so in terms of builds...maybe. Pathfinder is not that complicated however (standard AC and to-hit maxing along with CC spam.)
I guess to elaborate: Since this is a new system for (You) and me it will be more complicated I imagine. I played the beta and settled into one way of doing things there but the character creator was very bare-bones at the time.

Unless they fixed it, Idira's psyker buffs could be applied before battles, but I assume that was a bug.
There is a bunch of shit in pathfinder thats just annoying to keep track of like all the different buff tags that don't stack and understanding DR / resists of every mob was just annoying.
I could pick up BG3 and play it no problem while pathfinder i either instantly won anything or spent the entire time swinging away while nothing happened, there was no happy middle ground of difficulty.
In that sense, Rogue Trader is more intuitive yes.

Dialogue isn't "hidden" by requiring you to do a quest. People do quests in RPGs. By this logic most dialogue in the game is hidden.
