The PS5 graphics you see are fine-tuned to its capabilities. You're not getting "ultra settings". You're getting as good as the console can put out and still claim 60FPS/4K
it's going to take a long while for the consoles to be able to clear the 4k hump, because 8k is next. we're most likely going to be stuck on 4k for the next couple of generations. maybe the ps7 or 8 will brag about being able to run 8k games? then it will be checkerboard rendering all over again.

are you gays serious? DLSS looks better than native rendering (at 4k) in dozens of titles. Games with good AA like Doom Eternal and Hitman don't count, but RDR2, Spider-Man, Metro Exodus, and now Witcher 3 RTX all have clarity and aliasing improvements when using DLSS quality over native rendering.

Otherwise it's ok. AM4 is end of life though, you won't get a better CPU for this motherboard.
You might want to consider upgrading to a more expensive PSU. Looks like this build uses a noname PSU, that's the single biggest mistake you can make. Never cheap out on a PSU.
