You thought it was really shit but also pretty good
Haven't played it. Yet.
I got the special edition.
Only played 1 Sonic game before on the GBA.
Its crap
Mid at best. spark the electric jester 3 is a better 3d sonic game than any of the actual 3d sonic games
Sonic fans are pathetic like Gamefreak defenders but not as bad. Because of this Sonic will never live up to its potential.
its okay, mediocre at best but not the masterpiece sonictards brag about.
unoptimized mess tho
>unoptimized
I see this everywhere and I genuinely mean this, what fps drops are people talking about? I played it on pc and never dropped fps or crashed once
There's also no FPS drops on Switch handheld mode either. I own it on both Switch and PC and only use my shitty Switch in handheld mode.
Most of the stuttering and FPS drops are from the PS5 build in fact. You can see it with most people who actually streamed it where you'll see Sonic stutter as well.
Surprisingly really good despite some rushed aspects and jank. If Cyberspace controlled better and Island 3 wasn't loaded with middling 2D segments I would have no issues calling it great. Maybe it'll get there after the updates.
This is the first Sonic game I've given a shot in over a decade unless Racing Transformed counts and I really liked it, I have no need to pretend since I've ignored the series for plenty of time and could go back immediately.
Same with me. Last Sonic game I ever played was the one with Emerl on GBA. Tried this and genuinely had a fun time. I just wish the devs didn't pussy out and actually implemented the DMC-style combat they planned on.
I got filtered by the squid
Upgrade your speed.
You gotta wait around for when he dips low at least until you get good.
Did Sonic get some off screen power up before Frontiers? Guy is literally parrying lasers and creating shockwaves by kicking.
cyber energy or some shit, same reason why the cyloop exists
go back to /sthg/ as soon as possible
>Guy is literally parrying lasers and creating shockwaves by kicking
He already had shockwave abilities before Frontiers. The shockwave kick is a default move from LW.
Basically what a lot of people think, in the fact that it's a really nice "foundation" for future titles, I hope they continue to build upon it
Mechanically I thought it was cool Sonic could go underwater in 3D again, but they didn't really utilize it at all, also the wall running on those opal rock surfaces works really well, and they also hardly used that, Frontiers is basically just "potential" the game
This. They recycled a few ideas that were established in Sonic Lost World, and that was another game that had some interesting ideas but a half-baked presentation. Except they torched that sucker for Sonic Boom, then quickly ran back to Boost Sonic when that imploded.
I can only hope they care to stick with what they started and build off of it, like how Sonic 2 improved on Sonic 1 dramatically.
I think it was a good execution of Sonic in a 3D enviroment,,music was great, the writing needed anti depressants.
Meh, it was alright. Maybe it's just cope, but I got over the "debug room" styled overworld after a while, fun to move around. Just wish SEGA/Sonic Team could be consistent
>classic theme for 2D games
>modern theme for Adventure playstyle
>storybook theme for Boost playstyle
>please bring back SEGA Allstars racing or Sonic Riders
>"debug room" styled overworld
That's a great way of putting it and yeah, I agree that when you focus on just getting around you get over it after a while. Only exception is the third island, where it's too pervasive to ignore. Run in a straight line for 10 seconds and you have a 50% chance of triggering a 2D section, no idea what that was all about.
I wish they made another SEGA allstars racing. Transformed is genuinely my favourite racing game of all time.
Enjoyed the novelty of the first island. Went poggers when he became super sonic. Realized the rest of the islands are the same repeated shit and just cheated by getting keys at fishing. I could go on but basically the game sucks and not worth playing after titan #1. And definitely not worth $60. But conversely $60 is the only reason I finished it because of buyers remorse. If it was free I would have dropped it at second boss maybe.
>Realized the rest of the islands are the same repeated shit and just cheated by getting keys at fishing
well there's your problem anon
instead of learning and playing the actual content the game offered, you cheated yourself out of the experience by using something that's meant to help kids struggling with progression
>not worth $60
not when you skip the actual "sonic game" part of a sonic game
>leanring and playing the actual content
What fricking learning? Running the same automated micro-challenges until you collect all the stupid fricking memory tokens? Or are you talking about the one note puzzles that are someone easier than the Deku Scrub puzzle from OoT's first dungeon? Heaven forbid you speak of the combat that amounts to mashing one button and holding the shoulders to become invincible.
>automated
whoever taught sonic fans this buzzword needs to be shot into a wall. It's created a whole generation of jaded homosexuals who throw a fit every time they so much as see a rail in a Sonic game.
>one note puzzles
They're designed to be quick enough so they don't break the pace
remember, this is a Sonic game.
>combat that amounts to mashing one button and holding the shoulders to become invincible.
>button mashing
t. never played an ARPG
That's like boiling KH's combat down to button mashing because it only uses one button
>parry
the parry timing definitely could be reduced but those i-frames mean jackshit when it comes to enemies like the dogs
Did you get all of your talking points from a video review or some shit?
He probably got them from Game Grumps or some shit. Those sound like Arin arguements.
I played the fricked game that's how I got these criticisms you spaz. If you are gonna make me do puzzles in a Sonic game make them good. If you are gonna force me to fight Bosses make it more complicated than one button. KH combat is leagues better than this garbage. The combat is below werehog tier button mashing trash. Frick you, play more games than just the Sonic series.
>K-KH is better than this
>when you just hold guard and take 0 damage from everything as of KH2 onward
LMAO
Neither of you have actually played another game. Jesus Christ get off this bored its for people of age. You are literally arguing that Frontiers's parry is exactly the same as KH's reflect/guard or DMC3's Royal Guard because you hit a button to parry. For the love of god play other games and actually hold Sonic team to a fricking standard.
>get off this bored its for people of age
>get off this bored
>off this bored
>this bored
>bored
Learn to spell before you try talking down on others, you ESL Black person.
So says the person using an incorrect comma. Fix up your comma splices before trying to correct others buckaroo.
No one asked, Black person!
>>when you just hold guard and take 0 damage from everything as of KH2 onward
you are confusing KH's god tier gameplay with the shit gameplay of FFXV
>God tier gameplay
>KH
pick one troony
>If you are gonna make me do puzzles in a Sonic game make them good.
They're at just the right amount of difficulty they need to be. This isn't Zelda, it's SONIC. And the only time the puzzles ever need to be more complex is when they have some level of plot importance like picrel.
If the puzzles were more like BOTW, you'd complain that they're too slow and break the pace. The puzzles in Frontiers are perfect for a Sonic game since they don't involve slowing down for too long, something even SA1 failed at with Lost World's water snake and mirror puzzles.
You're meant to finish them then get back to running.
>If you are gonna force me to fight Bosses make it more complicated than one button.
First off, Sonic game.
Second, now I know you've never played Frontiers if you actually think the bosses only took one button. That's bullshit for both the Guardians and the Titans.
Oh, you're an ESL.
>It's a Sonic game so the forced puzzles and combat are supposed to be bad.
Then I agree. They were bad.
>This isn't Zelda
Wind Waker isn't the standard, and yet that's still more a puzzle than whatever you think is one in Frontiers.
>whoever taught sonic fans this buzzword needs to be shot into a wall. It's created a whole generation of jaded homosexuals who throw a fit every time they so much as see a rail in a Sonic game.
Go frick yourself. SA2 was the only game with actual working rails you can actually do shit with, unlike the cutscene shit since Unleashed. Hell, even when a game does the same shit (Ratchet and Clank) the SAME YEAR Sonic started doing rails themselves, without the switching being broken garbage AND actually have cinamatic quality to make it look cool like in Rift's Apart, you know you fricked up. Literally the best was in SA2, and even that lacked polished that other games with rail grinding in it, didn't have, and have been consistently better at throughout 3D Sonic's entire history. Shit's trash, and the automation is part of the problem. It'd be genuinely better to have a real dev work on real gameplay instead of this half assed cutscene shit like in other IPs.
clone ass homie
>Ratchet and Clank
Who?
Ratshit and Crank.
Batshit & Shank
>What fricking learning? Running the same automated micro-challenges until you collect all the stupid fricking memory tokens?
You can skip collecting the tokens by finding the Cyloop Signs and Fishing. You don't eben need to actually do any of the micro-challenges in the slightest. Also... Automated? You use that word but I don't think you know what it really means.
>Or are you talking about the one note puzzles that are someone easier than the Deku Scrub puzzle from OoT's first dungeon?
Literally all "Open Area" Games has shit like this. What nonsense are you talking about? BotW is baby mode the game and people still praise it to high heaven. I rather do some short quick puzzle which is a nothing burger and a few high light ones then go back to running around as soon as possible with as little pace breaking as possible.
>Heaven forbid you speak of the combat that amounts to mashing one button
People complained about the Auto Combo Skill, lol. They might actually make it a toggle in upcoming updates so you can actually learn the Combos anyways.
>holding the shoulders to become invincible.
All ARPGs pretty much do this where you can just hold a button and parry/counter the attack. It's fine when KH does it, but if Sonic does it you suffer a mental breakdown? Besides, you can use it reactively on your own rather than hold it since it becomes more seamless that way.
>he was actually dumb enough to buy a Sonic game at full price on launch
>he was dumb enough to not get the game for just $30 NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS after release
LMAO @ ur life.
>Worst version
Lmao
Actually the PS5 build is the worst. It's the only one with actual FPS drops out the shitter. But I guess that's not a surprise since Sony was demanding 600 USD for something that couldn't run at a consistent 30 FPS not that many years ago.
Why would you lie on the internet?
I'm not. Sony has a habit of cutting corners with their hardware.
Isn't Frontiers a Switch game first and foremost? I've heard multiple people b***h about the graphics on PS5 and blame Switch for that
It's a cope for the lack of optimization with the draw distance in every version, but Iizuks straight-up talked about downporting the game to Switch in interviews.
>It's a cope for the lack of optimization with the draw distance in every version
According to a dataminer, every version of the game is using the Switch's range values.
https://twitter.com/DeaThProj/status/1598050797757280257
It's optimized on PC and Series X. It runs, somehow, better on the Switch than on the PS5.
The PS5 has Sonic stuttering like crazy.
>Paying for switch games
>Acting superior to anyone
Jesus, how grim
Lithuanians were selling it on eBay for 24.99 literally day one. I got two, one for me and one for my younger brother.
Hell, G2A had codes for the Steam Deluxe at 20.99 for 5 minutes before the listings got taken down and I got one for my Steam too.
LMAO at your life bro.
>bragging about being a digitalcuck
Don't need to brag when I can enjoy my game at home in my living room or on the shitter
I got the Switch version for Christmas. I finished it but I was definitely ready for it to be done by the time it was over. I wasn't quite exhausted but the enthusiasm had been winding down for a couple islands there.
Imagine PAYING for software. I’m still waiting on the torrent
I don't think Frontiers will ever get cracked
It's a shit game with no normie interest. It wont get cracked.
Switch version leaked before release, just use an emulator
Honestly, Frontiers coping has the been the single worse moment in Sonic's history since 06 fricked the fanbased ass open.
First it was copium over this shit game, then the DLC copium = SA3 somehow, then the fricking Genshin shitshow. Literally all Sonicgays did last year was self sabotage themselves into being hated all over again, with zero help doing so. Now with got to deal with the fact Ian and his homosexual workers on IDW and now the games making even more actual meta tier referinos just because "it's actually what fans like so it's ok now" instead of actual good content.
the 2020s is going to be the worse era of Sonic since the 2000s I just know it.
Why are you posting cybershell he said he liked the game
If you played a version of Frontiers that didn't run at 60 you have no leg to stand on when giving your opinion on it.
Cyberspace has better platforming at above a crawl I guess but the higher speeds are absolutely not very smooth outside of levels that direct you heavily (even then you can Boost yourself to death in SA2 levels). Cyberspace still controls better than about half of 3D Sonic but it has a lot of room for improvement, it particularly could've used Spindash even more than Open Zone.
>Enjoyed the novelty of the first island. Went poggers when he became super sonic.
In terms of control:
Open zone > Cyberspace = Colors >>>>>>>> Unleashed/Generations > Forces
I would have to swap Cyberspace and Generations. Also Secret Rings on the very bottom and Black Knight slightly below Colors (Black Knight in Dolphin on a regular controller is above Colors, yes even if Colors is also in Dolphin).
Only played the demo, but Sonic controlled too stiff. I know momentum is a big meme in Sonic discussion, but it really isn’t satisfying to explore open areas in a platformer if the terrain of those areas doesn’t have a marked effect on how you control your character
It's not ideal, but once you get Tricking (not sure why it's an upgrade) then Sonic will launch off certain ledges when boosting to give you additional air time which you can Trick during or just keep moving. I think a way to Drop Dash without double jumping would've been really nice since the Double Jump can slow momentum
I was wondering why I wasn’t able to launch like I had seen in videos. Weird that it is locked as a upgrade. I’m sure that makes things more enjoyable. But still I feel like I wouldn’t have loved the game even so. The rest of the movement was still stiff, the objectives are largely semiautomatic set pieces, and the combat seemed uninteresting. Things like the triple stomp just feel so dissatisfying. Again, maybe some of that isn’t wholly accurate, since I only played the demo, but it turned me off from buying it for more than $10 and when I have a clear backlog
It was mediocre, but still fun and that’s all that matters at the end of the day. Sonic Team really needs to get their shit together.
It earned it's 8 out of 10.
It has some flaws, some of which are minor and others which are major.
For example, some of the minor flaws I hope they fix are:
- Include a Level 1 Difficulty setting since Hard Mode is as hard as Kirby and the Forgotten Land Hard Mode, which is not much.
- Include a fixed camera option perhaps or improve on the camera it follows Sonic from behind consistently. It's not the biggest offender, but it does take some getting used to at the start especially against Asura where you'll go off at weird angles and just land away from it.
- Expand the Skill Tree and make Autocombo a setting option instead. There's slots open for more options and I'd like to play around with it.
- Make enemies scale with your stat so they're tougher.
Major flaws they should address are:
- Chaos Island has an overabundance of 2D Sections where it isn't needed, especially since you can already start them in multiple points out of sequence without needing to switch to 2D. Take out what isn't necessary and balance it around the transition from 3D to 2D. Kronos, Ares, Rhea and Ouranos did this no reason for Chaos Island not to do this.
- Supreme and The End are both really hard to like. Supreme is piss easy compared to it's predecessors (they were all easy despite being in hard mode), so it should be harder with a bigger HP bar.
- The End needs a 2nd Phase. One that Sonic throws hands with. It's clear the entire thing surrounding Sonic and Sage fighting it was inspired by SA2 and Unleashed but Sonic Team failed to commit. Thankfully they did say they were going to work on it.
- Fix Elder Koco. No reason I need to press A for like 50+ minutes to get my stats maxed out.
There's probably more shit I got in mind but that's about it.
Post your speed settings, anons.
all maxed out
DON'T LOOK DOOOOOOOOOOOWN
Wild how almost 30 years ago Nintendo actually let you control this when spinning bowser. SEGA meanwhile turns it into a shitty cutscene. It's like SEGA has actually learned nothing since the Dreamcast died.
Ah yes, let me spin my stick around for the pretty cutscene.
The boss fights were way too cutscene dependent in general. I hate it when games force me to do QTE shit, I'm awful when complete autonomy is taken from my hands and I just have to read the developer's mind. I hated shit like the Krauser knife fight in RE4 back then and I still hate shit like Frontiers' titan bosses now. The End for true ending was fun as frick though. It's almost like I got to play a fricking video game or something.
>Why yes, actually playing the fricking game is a good thing, how could you tell?
>N-nintendo did this thing years ago!
Which they will never do again because each Mario Game since 64 has taken control away from you with it's new gimmick.
Have you seen people first timing Sunshine and losing FLUDD during those sand stages?
They literally shit themselves. There's a reason Galaxy and Odyssey both baby mode it and any mentally moronic mouth breather can play it.
5/10 game that took too long and costs too much. It's ridiculous something this bland took 5 years, but I also don't expect better from Sonic Team. Also the fact this studio works out of the same company as RGG and somehow made combat that this is one note is hilarious. A great combat system is often dictated by how much interaction the player can have with the enemies and since the majority of Sonic's moves are glorified cutscenes it bland and miserable.
Cyberspace controls like ass and reuses level layouts from better controlling and overall better games
Open Zone is cool but without enjoyable movement it gets boring quick. Mario has so many moves in the 3D games to avoid this exact problem. Sonic Team need to make exploration have more opportunities for more skillful play or it gets boring.
Honestly if they just focused on the Open Zone instead of splitting the gameplay style 3 fricking ways yet again we might have actually had something great. God I fricking hate Sonic Team.
Cyberspace controls better than any and every boost game, and the original levels are still the best in the game lol
You are actually high if you think Cyberspace controls better than Unleashed or Generations. Please actually go back and play those games. Especially the sections copied wholesale and pasted into Frontiers. Cyberspace controls are terrible.
Unleashed and Generations controls need speed and platforming explicitly separated in order to not feel like absolute shit, because doing anything other than boosting and light reaction challenges with minimal platforming involved, feels absolutely terrible. Cyberspace controls work much better for that. 3-3 feels much more free and non-restrictive in comparison to Sky Sanctuary Modern. 3-6 and 2-2 both work a hell of a lot better for Frontiers Sonic than the slippery, yet somehow still tanky Sonic you controlled in Unleashed.
It helps having a boost Sonic that can turn.
Nice Mods. Which one is it?
No mods here. The tightest turns possible can be made by boosting forward, and then tilting the stick slightly downward diagonally like a drag car. No drift needed.
And yet better games, or shit ones like SA2, have better turning than this without looking like janky garbage.
Dude you are high. Please actually go play those stages and come back in there respective games and come back. The lower speed, lack of jump momentum, and the lack of in-air movement all make the stages way worse to play.
Please actually go play Dragon Road Act 3 in Unleashed and then 2-2 in Frontiers. Unleashed's stage is infinitely more restrictive and boring to go through.
Not with the high-speed and actually functioning homing attack it isn't.
This is actually boost to when. I thought Sonic fans hated the idea of boost to win? There is no skill here, you aren't earning shit. The boosts recharges. This is as easy as playing Tails in the Genesis games is. God I fricking hate Sonic Team.
>when
>when
Goddamit. I mean "boost to win.",
>Literally zero hazards/enemies like le heckin Sonic Utopiarino!
Oh boy, you sure show them!
>Double jump carried over from colors
>No drift which means less precise lane control
>Sonic is OBJECTIVELY slower
>Sonic has no slope physics and sticks to things like a magnet
The controls fricking destroy any reward you would ever get from playing him. He's supposed to feel fricking an unwieldy force of nature to the player and the immovable object that is the level. The reward is mastering those factors and beating the level perfectly. Everyone remembers 1-2 in frontiers because it pushed them for that S rank instead of handing it out like every other level in the game.
>He's supposed to feel fricking an unwieldy force of nature to the player
Then why do stages like this exist for Unleashed/Gens Sonic?
Because like I said
>He's supposed to feel fricking an unwieldy force of nature to the player
If this any other platformer this shit would be piss easy, boring even! But due to Unleashes controls the level becomes more interesting and rewarding to navigate. You are implying sonic should be casualized for a general platforming audience rather than embrace what makes him so fun.
No, ESL-kun. It's a level that's better fit for a better Sonic to control. The Adventure games come to mind.
But SA1/2 actually has physics and Frontiers plays nothing like SA1/2
Wasn't talking about Frontiers there. It would be better for Frontiers, but still not great. Regardless
This is how an Unleashed/Generations level should play. This is what those physics are tailored to.
The controls can't even handle some stages ported from other boost games, if they were the best they'd work with levels designed around worse movement. I liked Cyberspace a good bit and think it's better than MOST Boost, but there are some that are just not good because of the control.
I enjoyed the fishing personally, although I mostly used it for the Eggman memos and topping off on rings/XP. I think I got a portal gear once in island 5 after I didn't find Caterpillar or the last Tower upgrade fun, but Shinobi was so fun that I fought it enough for all my gears anyway. I really think the combat shines when you get to combine it with traversal, moving around a big field and using an errant spring or rail to dodge or set up an attack.
homie, Forces controls better than Cyberspace
>Cyberspace controls better than any and every boost game,
Someone post the damn drift webm. You know the one.
It's really good as a proof of concept, but the levels are gay and there's seriously no fricking reason to do more than half of the overworld platforming sections as you're spoiled with friend tokens
I don't know but I liked it more than I thought I would
(You) thought it was a 7/10 like me.
Better than Generations tbqhwy
God the writing is so terrible. I've never seen a character actually get mad at their own inconsistent writing before. It's actually fricking atrocious.
That was Sonic being sarcastic. Tails was worrying about nothing and Sonic was just shrugging it off.
I thought it was a good move, the game's trying to unfrick a decade's worth of garbage writing and establish some level of consistency going forward, so actually having Tails acknowledge his out of character moments and justifying them is a good way to go about it. I prefer it over them just totally ignoring the issue since it's at least some assurance that shit will be improved going forward.
its cringe as shit and makes tails look like an autist. just pretend it never fricking happened. flynn is a talentless hack the fans only like him because all his stories are referencefests with no substance.
>the game's trying to unfrick a decade's worth of garbage writing
By making even more garbage writting?
7/10
Good Potential Foundation for Future Sonic Games but nothing special in the Grand Scheme of Gaming.
Also 90% chance that Sega squanders this new foundation.
it gets tiring running circles to get back to max rings lol
>finish game
>got every trophy but one without even trying
>do 50 phantom rushes
>every boss enemy dies before I even get close to activating it
Needs a Very Hard mode
Hard Mode isn't that different from Normal Mode after you upgrade your skills.
It needs a Level 1 Mode at least.
It's a nice game but has dipping points with cyberspace and last boss
OP is from Reddit
It's a good experiment for hopeful bigger and better games. They need to abandon everything that has to do with 2D side scrolling moments in 3D Sonic though. No more.
I'm so fricking tired of my 3D Sonic games being more 2D than 3D. The fact that it took almost 15 for us to simply run in a circle again with Sonic in a 3D game is a damn crime. Sonic Team need to be banned from having 2D in the next game.
I've read this exact reply in earlier Frontiers threads. Is this a bot thread?
Shilling a Sonic game makes it a bot thread.
Hi its me, the poster of the comment you replied to. If you aren't tired of the over-use of 2D in a game whose entire appeal is supposed to be controlling Sonic in a 3D space you have brain damage. It's especially terrible when the way Sonic controls in these 2D sections pails in comparison to actual 2D Sonic games. It sucks, Sonic Team need to stop.
It was good, just not that amazing of a game. But it did well so I'm happy for the new direction
What if we made the second level the hardest one in the game. As a joke.
It's hard because Cyberspace is badly designed. Making the harder path being slower is an actual crime when it comes to Sonic level design.
>okay get this, for this stage you have to take the unobvious bottom routes
This made Sanicgays piss and shit themselves with fear
Depends on your gender, thought it's shit if male, didn't care if f*emale, liked if made up shit aka troon
I'M HERE TO GO BEYOND MY LIMIT NOT TO COMPROMISE
AND YOU CAN TELL ME IF I MEAN IT LOOKING IN MY EYES
I quite enjoy the original levels.
It was fine at the start but got really tedious.
The cyberspace level physics were fricked. Probably some of the worst in a Sonic game.
My problem with cyberspace is that their difficulty was all over the place.
Felt like they were either easy as frick to S rank with way too much time to frick up or they were close to speedrun tier where you had to know skips and optimize the frick out of everything.
Yeah, there were some that were piss easy and some I felt like I was having to do some ridiculously optimised shit.
>running around the world
>accidently touch a random speed booster
>automatically thrown halfway through a platforming segment or whatever you call them
This happened more times than I'd like.
I enjoyed the gamr but its very flawed, especially the ending.
>hit something
>get stuck in 2D segement you have to fight to get out of
>enter 2d section without being forced into it
>can jump out freely
Shit was fricked up
It was mid, and 1-2 should be the core design for levels
Some remakes of old levels were great but they felt like a waste with the ridiculously easy S rank requirements and lack of side missions. What was the point of adding so many hidden routes to Sky Rail if the best course of action is just to rush through the main path since all the red rings are there?
Promising foundation for the next one. Hopefully they won't fall back on those gay cyberspace levels. If they wanna make an open zone game like they claimed then fricking commit to it. Don't half-ass it.
decent bait, made me reply
Bait is when you put Sonic Forces in the worst tier and Generations in the best tier.
> SA1 really bad
> SA2 best
Nice meme, there is nothing wrong with liking one more than the other but the discrepancy isnt this big and invalidates this whole tierlist.
SA2 has 3 bad levels in total, and SA1 has 2 good levels in total as a single character.
Link to tier list maker for a his one? It has a nice aesthetic and the lack of Japanese box arts for the classics makes me mad anyways.
https://tiermaker.com/create/sonic-games-with-logos-15323529
>3K below the top
>Heroes & SA2 in best and not just good
>Adventure & Unleashed before 4, Chaotix, Secret Rings, the 3DS Booms & 06
>Lost World 3DS that fricking high (honestly either LW being that high)
>Colors DS that low especially when you compare it to Colors Wii
>Black Knight that low
This bait has so many layers it's impossible to not hook anybody who takes it seriously.
Incredible how it manages to inspire a whirlwind of emotions in classic/adventure/boost/othergays at the same time. Pleasing them, confusing them, and enraging them all at once with each placement. Anon did a great job here.
still havent played it because i refuse to pay more than €10 for a sonic game
pirated it on switch but
>switch
looked like absolute frickin shit so i dropped it
I'll wait until its on sale on steam
Absolute dog shit game. Cant believe they are making more playable characters and dlc for this trash.

A good 7/10 with potential. If they stick to this route and work out the problems it will be great
I like most of the music.
it's a good sonic game and can't wait for the dlc.
>tfw no Titan Sage boss fight
Really she should have been the final boss considering the Eva references. Hell the End is the black moon and Supreme is the production eva, where's the winged abomination Sage?
It's hot Garbo but sonic fans are used to that so they pretend it's a 10/10 game and send death threats to any reviewer who rates it lower than that so Sega can keep making this low effort slop

Solidly a 7-8/10 game
If you love Sonic easily a 9-10/10
Enjoyed it but didn't play for more than 4 hours
Would a Sonic board be a miserable and cynical place or would we be able to cultivate something better than the shit that /sthg/ produces?
it's basically botw but somehow fun or rather it takes the majority of botws elements besides its physics and makes them enjoyable.
