can't he just ask his bank for a chargeback
anyone who spends $100k on diablo should be publicly executed
this
but also this
This 100%
This is exactly what I thought the first time I saw this
It's different with these subhuman "streamers", to them spending $100k is an investment, they make that back by attracting viewers.
In so doing they are also advertising the game to a few whales and playing into blizzard's hand. They are complete scumbags, and half of them say "OH I'M SACRIFICING MYSELF FOR MY VIEWERS" like complete hypocrites.
This. Even his b***hing about being unable to match with people is him just advertising his channel. Nobody here knew about this moron before and now he has YET ANOTHER thread. Also no, he doesn't have a case and you all are eating out of his hand by talking about this.
These Anons know what's up and the guy goes for the clickbait and ragebait content for metrics. But that only makes the public execution suggestion all the more valid.
This is why a lot of people hate "content creators". This is not interesting entertainment or information. This is the same level of brainrot reality tv shows do.
>anyone who spends their hard earned money on something they like, should be killed
settle down, poorgays
He wouldnt have a case. Blizzard will argue that they are not responsible for giving the whales their krill.
>be moron
>do moronic thing
>surprised by moronic results
What a moron
Probably not but I would like to see it anyways. If he can make a convincing argument that their game design is overly predatory and one-sided he might be able to get somewhere and that would legit be good for the industry to have a court slap this nonsense down.
No lawyer would ever take his case, it would immediately be tossed out as a frivolous lawsuit.
Isn't that the guys that got contacted recently by them about the new changes and he was like "interested to see if the changes will improve the experience"?
I swear, litterally fricking zombies that will cry a bit but return back at the first bone they throw them.
Like the april fool homosexual that ended up "being very interested in trying it anyway"
I unironically hope Blizzard get worse and worse just to see how deep some people will jump.
He literally made that video in order to get blizzards attention. He doesn't want to quit the game.
Your life would prob. be healthier if your brain stopped making things up.
play the game anymore
why not
He can’t find pvp matches because his rank is too high. He unironically whaled too much for the game to keep up with.
so he can play the game
he can still play the game. So i dont think that he has a leg to stand on.
>he whaled too much and cant find games
based blizzard. paypiggies deserve nothing less.
>he can still play the game
and this is why a court case is kind of useless, any judge is gonna be "just play it, do you really have to PvP? frickin kids" and toss it out
I dont think it will even get to court. Before the court you have an exploratory phase. If they find out his "I cant play a videogame" isnt him being unable to launch the game, they will just cut the complaint down before it even gets to court
I'd like to see a case come to light out of this, just so people can finally recognize how bad these systems are, but it'll never make it
I dont think it will kick up a lot of dust, starwars battlefront 2 didnt kill lootboxes. And even if they ban lootboxes or gachashit devs can avoid it. diablo immortal for example avoided having to display the odds because there is a bit of gameplay. And if you ban that they will just create an ingame currency slot machine, but you can pay to get 10x normal gold drops. So whales can still get a lot more rolls.
My hope in the past is that at some point gamers were old enough to get into government positions, and then could kill this shit. But they are already accepting of battlepasses and other garbage.
D3 had a real money AH. They will put in a battelpass to coincide with ladder resets, they will put in a cosmetics shop, and they will have paid server transfers (or something like that).
>D3 had a real money AH. They will put in a battelpass to coincide with ladder resets, they will put in a cosmetics shop, and they will have paid server transfers (or something like that).
They can also have everything PoE has like paid stash tabs, pets, limited seasonal skins, characters slots and alternate spell graphics. They can copy and add every microtransaction in existence, and if one them ruffles some feathers they can just say sorry and backpedal.
so? none of that matters
Jesus, the mindbroken "its only convenience and graphics not power so its okay" drones already infected Ganker.
When you were swimming in your daddy's nutsack, people released games where you could get skins and shit if you completed challenges. Not because you paid extra.
I'm 40. before your dadd'y nutsack was a factor in this world, there were games we played because they were fun, purely.
think on that for a little bit, little one.
NTA but, I hate that cosmetics in online games somehow doesn't matter now. Before you made your characters look cool by achieving things in game, it was a satisfying reward. Now you can pay for it and anyone that doesn't pay for it will look like a turd forever.
>Before you made your characters look cool by achieving things in game, it was a satisfying reward.
when? this never happened to me in 35 years of gaming that i can remember in an online game
>Now you can pay for it and anyone that doesn't pay for it will look like a turd forever.
oh no! anyway
>>when? this never happened to me in 35 years of gaming that i can remember in an online game
runescape has skillcapes. heroes of the storm had mastery skins.
>cape
so a different color? meaningless
>hots
......also a blizzard game with sold skins...not really helping your case
>>so a different color? meaningless
it is still something you get for being skilled at the game. So my point stands
>......also a blizzard game with sold skins...not really helping your case
it is still something you get for being skilled at the game. So my point stands
>>......also a blizzard game with sold skins...not really helping your case
>it is still something you get for being skilled at the game. So my point stands
no, your point doesn't stand, you've made the point that we can expect diablo 4 to have skins unlocked by mastering classes and such.
thanks for self-defeating your argument i guess
diablo 4 is in good hands. it's clearly somehow insulated from the rest of the company politics. you can tell. look at the quarterly updates
>, you've made the point that we can expect diablo 4 to have skins unlocked by mastering classes and such.
I didnt say that you mongoloid. I said that in the past you could have skins that were unlocked with skill, rather than with your wallet.
Compare the older Halo games with Halo infinite for example, look at WoW that introduced cash shop outfits and transmogs obfuscating whatever gear you're actually wearing.
Sadly, it's not even the paid cosmetics that are at the root of the problem as the majority always asks for the availability of transmog. It is now acceptable that anyone should be able to make their characters look however they like and no amount of correct justification on the representative value the looks of the items you wear present to other players will ever persuade those that want to play dress up.
Yea it's obnoxious, gone are the days of actually seeing what other people are wearing in MMOs. They all look like some rainbow-colored winged drag queen homosexual. It completely ruins any immersion.
It doesn't have to, he can just get a refund from his bank.
Would banks always do that? I can imagine someone blowing 300 bucks one night, then the next day they call the bank and the bank will refund him. But if someone wants to get back 10k I think they will doublecheck and maybe deny it
depends on the bank, you're more likely for something like that to go through if you're part of a good credit union. I know Navy Fed will refund pretty much anything
his MMR is so high, thanks to him upgrading his character every time he could, that the matchmaking system literally can't match him with anybody because his character is one of, if not the strongest character in the game thanks to whale tactics and $100k
They'll just "fix" the system so the whale can whale on the plebeians.
probably, there will be a hotfix the says something like "made matchmaking less aggressive" and suddenly he can dunk on babies again and he'll spend another 100k just to show people how bad the p2w system is, that'll frickin show em
and im sure drones will still somehow tell you the game isn't pay to win
>spends 100k on a game
>GUYS IM ONLY DOING IT TO PROVE A POINT
>BUT NOW I CANT PLAY ANYMORE WHEN I WANT TO
Are these streamers this delusional? Point was proven in the first two days of release
streamers are doing it because people watch their streams to see it and they have enough profit to maintain it. makes morons go, "wow this really is bad, I'm gonna watch this guy pump 100k more into it just to see how bad it is! HE'S PROVING OUR POINT!!!!"
he didnt spend anything
these people get all this money tax refunded as business expenses
you realize that right?
it's still giving them money and encouraging this stupid shit while going, "see!! we're proving our point!!! LOOOK, THEY'RE SO BAD"
BF2 pretty much killed loot boxes in the main console space, notice how everything shifted over to battle passes after battlefront?
>these people get all this money tax refunded as business expenses
you need to be over 18 to post here
He is not one of the streamers that do it to show bad it is. He is doing it because he flat out is a whale that is creating whale only communities and uses his stream to urge other people to spend money as well. Or ‘investing’ as he likes to call it.
i thought diablo was co operative?
Immortal has PvP and competitive raids I think
Do blizzgays REALLY?
he never wanted to sue them moron he was just going to do a chargeback but someone from blizz contacted him and said they have a fix for his problem and are releasing it soon
Will the bank actually let you do a 100k charge back?
A good one
i dont think there is a limit. the bank doesnt really care because they wont actually move the money for months so it's no hassle to them
*laughs in Hebrew*
>will the bank be able to type that many 0's into their computer??!
most currency in the economy is digital and often times created out of thin air
banks cant do that. they can only borrow from central banks that can do that.
play the game anymore
why
not really, it's not blizzard's fault that he spent so much money that their P2W model skyrocketed him out of all competitive PVP until folks catch up to him
however it would be good in general to even have a case and bring these tactics to light so the general public knows how bad Immortal's and in general free to play titles get with their monetization.
>Eceleb
>Giving money to Blizzard
I hope they literally stretch his butthole out to the size of a basketball.
You deserve pain for giving 100k to that shitty ass game.
the cycle of a blizzdrone. he'll be back for dragonflight
why are americans always blaming their incompetence and moronness on others?
>!>>!>!>!
Because their highly litigious society raised its people to think that idiot-proofing can be expected for all goods and services
lawyers, the true american dream is to have something happen to you thanks to a corporation and suddenly you won the lottery. even the threat of lawsuit will win you money
>corporation hires twenty lawyers against your only one
yeah... sure won the lottery!
depending on the claim, a company would rather spend money on a settlement out of court because hiring 20 lawyers and court fees are frickin expensive compared to, "here's some money now shut the frick up and sign this NDA"
It would cost millions to pay 20 high end lawyers, court fees and everything else. Its cheaper just to settle.
do you think corporations only hire lawyers when they get sued
they have lawyers permanently on payroll
is he mad that nobody else is as big of a whale as he is or that he cant stomp people in pvp with his unbeatable gear?
I think its funny that his complaint is that he can't play the game anymore rather than the lost 100,000.
This is exactly why he'll never win a court case
>pay money
>game stolen
Shouldn't have agreed to the TOS
Diablo 4 won't be like this right? They won't make it a pay to win hell, right?
Does it matter? It will still be a newblizz game.
I never liked any of the Diablo games but D4 has a lot of features that appeal to me. I might buy it and play it, help me.
Laughing girls.jpg
Already confirmed nothing buyable except cosmetic microtransactions
i would expect a battle pass also since every game has one.
Who cares. It could be the best Diablo game and the game ever made in general and I won't play it. Blizzard doesn't deserve one cent after what they've become.
Expect a battle pass and lots of cosmetics like PoE, except you will have no content and devs already confirmed only paid expansions and no seasonal content
At a certain point people need to start systematically destroying these sickos lives. Not right now though, I'm sleepy.
Blizzard responded to him, he’s happy with their response and he will keep shilling their game and spend another 100k on it.
The refund threat was just an attention grab because Blizzard ignored all other attempts at communicating with them.
>cheat
>get put in cheater bracket
>complain because no one cheats hard enough to be in your cheater bracket
whales deserve all suffering they receive tenfold
I hope the court milks another 100k out of him before telling him to frick off
If I were Blizzard I'd have a dedicated communication line for people who spend upwards of 10k.
You have a moron that's giving you a fortune and you give him the plebeian treatment, he should take his money elsewhere.
a lot of games that have a premium thing usually put you in a "VIP" queue of sorts. I know Star Citizen does if you spend over $1k. A ticket that usually takes 72hrs to get responded to, suddenly goes down to 30min.
b***h nobody wants you or your Indian money fricking simp, you disgust people with your attempts to purchase favor
I'm an ARSgay, the last time I spent money on games was 10 years ago
>this anon literally thinks money buys respect
hahahaha.
Pleasing people that gives you money is not respect.
quite contrary, you make them easier for them to squander their money on your game
protip it does, child
Zoomersimps throw him 500k a day probably so who cares.
>eat a lot of food
>get fat
>blaming others for getting him fat
isnt that what the avacado did?
Wait there is people who actually play this shit game ? moreover spending money on it ?
He's able to get into matches again. I assume he will continue to throw money at blizzard despite all this shit.
>does he have a case?
100k is enough cash to gain attention and turn this incident into bad PR
it may work if only China's whales did not exist, but Blizz no longer makes their money on this side of the pond
>pay to win
>win
>complain
where did youtuber with dead channel that had 4k views per video get 100k to spend on mobile games
>does he have a case?
Look at your own points, he obviously does?
It's digital shit so yes he can charge back and yes the bank will do it, blizzard will just have to cope, seethe and dilate at the lost money. There's nothing blizzard can do as they have no leg to stand on, they haven't lost anything by him refunding as its digital assets that are infinite.
>It's digital shit so yes he can charge back and yes the bank will do it, blizzard will just have to cope, seethe and dilate at the lost money.
hahah, no...you sound like an obvious child btw
You know nothing, you are only "renting" the items you realise? Did you even read the tos?
you have to be eighteen years of age to use this website.
Well its a good job that I am unlike you, 12 year old.
>its a good job
underage AND Esl
kys you fricking troony
>100k
I've just worked out that working full time it will take me 21 years to accumulate gross 100k.
Ive lost a small bit of hope i didnt realise i had left.
Good thing you don't indentify through playing Diablo in front of an audience on the internet.
i dont get it how these manchilds have so much money
most streamers are rich kids. You only get big in streaming if you stream a lot and have a decent setup, and you can only stream all day and have decent equipment if you already have money
This is 10000000% true. The time where that didn't matter has already long passed. You'd had to have hopped onto this train about 2010 at the latest.
>Agreed with every single purchase that it would be non-refundable and liable to otherwise stipulated terms-of-service limitation.
I don't think he does.
HOW the frick or why the frick do you spend 100k on a videogame?
to win the game
you want to be a winner don't you anon?
>The fact he is using his subscribers money
Not sure if based or cringe
if you spend four hours everyday playing this shit, it's your money
How the hell do people have so much money to throw away on frivolous things?
They unironically have jobs.
nice
Tons of money due to luck, so they don't value them + moronation.
