If you try for 100% the game is actually mediocre, >Even though NG+ is intended, too much obtuse shit makes guides necessary either way. >It's obvious it was made to reuse as many assets as possible. >The mini games are low quality and feel like hack-jobs, Sphere break is PASSABLE, as is Gunners gauntlet. >Blitzball is just a watch numbers go up grind, you will need the max stats FAQ to even bother with it. >The lightning towers, Cactuars and calm lands PR shit are throwaway trash.
I only enjoyed the game my first time through because i wasn't caring about missables, or savescumming because i forgot to talk to a random npc before progressing a scene. The game can actually only be enjoyed this way, don't try to explore it In-depth.
Story wise its all over the place, the highpoints being the beginning scene, the leblanc syndicate stuff(Carried by them being entertaining to watch) and 1000 words.
>Also Rikku's character did actually get butchered to the point of her being the retarded goofball now with no character development. Far from when you met the first time in FFX.
Remember that X-2 was a testing ground to see if Final Fantasy fans would accept a direct sequel to a mainline game, which had never been done before. They wanted to begin the FFVII Expanded Universe, but they didn't want to risk FFVII's legacy on what could have been an embarrassing failure. But they also needed to use a game that was popular enough that people would be interested, and X is usually seen as the second best FF after VII. They also weren't going to spend a ton of cash on a test game.
>They wanted to begin the FFVII Expanded Universe, but they didn't want to risk FFVII's legacy on what could have been an embarrassing failure.
And now they're giving us slop like Ever Crisis without a care in the world.
How their priorities have shifted.
The massive losses they took from Spirits Within are well in the past now. They're no longer so risk-averse or overly cautious. The shitstorm of XV's development is proof enough of that.
>they didn't want to risk FFVII's legacy on what could have been an embarrassing failure
Well they had no problem shitting on its 'legacy' in the years following

It was definitely excessively girly in a way that can't just be explained away by 'fanservice' though. It is a thoroughly feminized game on every level and clearly was made with female appeal in mind. It doesn't come off like those cutesy weeb games that are clearly designed for otaku dudes.
fucking this. I followed a 100% guide to the goddamn letter and still ended up missing shit. And the fucked thing is that there are only a handful of completion percentages that you can use to gauge whether you're still on track, and they're usually hours and hours apart. So it's damn near impossible to figure out what you fucked up, and you lose a shitload of progress every time you have to reset

Never try to do a 100% run in 10 and 10-2.
It'll just ruin your experience.
She just wanted genes as close to Chappu's as possible and Wakka is canonically a fat lazy fuck now and yes she fucks every monster on Besaid and elsewhere to get a good dicking
I prefer V, but X-2 is pretty harshly overhated. Fuck 100% it though, playing it casually is fun 100% is cancer and unfun, did it back on PS2, and i never wanna do that again. Cheevos be damned.
>Y
>R
>P
>In position!
>"Lets go Girls"
Still would
"it's showtime girls"
I wish she'd show me some time.
I wonder how many teenage boys both Lulu and Rikku destroyed.
IRL or in-universe
IRL, the literal amount of semen.
teenage me didn't know this was peak taste for my dick and I'm sorely disappointed genki girls aren't an actual thing irl
Rikku my beloved.
I was a Jr in high school when X-2 released.....................
Remember when everyone kept thinking that Payne was Auron's daughter?
I never thought that, Auron is obviously gay
too much braska on the mind, that one
Would have been much better than what we actually got
Yeah I used to think that.
I prefer Chuami.
Monkey!
Keymon?
It would have been if Lulu took Paine's place
The original full price DLC

You are not autistic enough
I 100%ed FFX without having to, so 100%ing 2 with having NG+ to make it easy won't stop me
I'm pretty sure that your % sticks to your savefile over newgame plus
Paine is a miracle of the universe
She is my favorite
Did FFX become a hit with women they made a sequel like this?
No. See
>Otaku who love moe anime about cute girls and pop idols
>Women
Pick one

THIS GAME HAS TOO MANY GOD DAMN MISSABLES

Already done and loved it
Ok no filling out the grids in X was not fun but I just watched a series on the side
for me it's Paine
There is no way Lulu isn't cucking Wakka on the regular
She just wanted genes as close to Chappu's as possible and Wakka is canonically a fat lazy fuck now and yes she fucks every monster on Besaid and elsewhere to get a good dicking
"my brother, you look just like him"
EY. YA WANNA SHOW ME DAT MOVE, A ONE MORE TIME?
the fact that i played this and cant remember a single name of those character says otherwise
The fact that you have early Alzheimer's doesn't say anything but that
Unironcially liked it
