        While it is correct in American English, nobody says it. We in the states will say "Take anything that could come in handy". Same intention, but with a different word.

        Except nobody actually speaks like this in conversation. This is an edge case that only linguists or language lawyers care about. You would instead say "take anything that could be useful"
