You can draw a stickman and with skill make it look very realistic in its movements, but if you try to do 1:1 realism, if you don't mimic natural movements with 99,99999% accuracy, it will look odd, just as how simple toylike robots look and seem fine but androids with silicon faces fall in the uncanny valley no matter how well made they are
