3D Dot Game Heroes, Cross Edge, Metal Gear Solid 4, LittleBigPlanet 1 & 2, and even then I'm sure most of these are available on PS4 now even if just digitally.
PSP was mostly a PS2 port dumping ground, it doesn't actually have that many good games

Something I've experienced using the psp is that a lot of games really try to be like console ones, but can't really deliver on that while ds games know their limitations
Every time the PS4 was about to have a decent exclusive it got ported to PC a year later. Bloodborne is the only one left and Dark Souls 3 might as well be the same game so whats the point

Now the 3DS and Vita? Those are just turds through and through.
The 3DS is mostly good by default since the Vita is easily one of the worst game systems I've owned by library alone.
I would love to argue against it but almost all my games are atlus ports, I do regret getting rid of kid Icarus and MH4 though.

I used an R4 for the majority of the DS life so I have only like 5 games. And sadly the vita just didn't have that much, especially here in Australia.
you are not entierily wrong but 3ds had monster hunter 3 and 4 and kid icarus plus im able to play all my ds games on it
For me personally op, the psp not only beats the ds, but the 3ds as well. Most of their library is fricking 4 Black folk in a row turn based rpg. (yes I have a ds with r4 card and hacked 3ds so I do have access to the full library)
The 3ds has more monster hunters but the psp absolutely mogs it with freedom unite alone. Also, the psp has an insane amount of impressive games such as full fledged ass ass inscreed with open world, metal gear peace walker, which is pretty much everything good from mg5 without the shitty story and open world. God eater which was a great mh clone. Also there are some decent Silent Hill titles, 2 God of wars and 2 gtas. All of these are more impressive than most of the 3ds library. You even have some shooters like call of duty, and you have normal controls unlike the ds. Pretty good racing games if you are into that. Stuff like nfs underground and split second were quite fun. Prince of persia and star wars battlefront are also a blast. On top of all that it can natively run ps1 games. And that is excluding all of the emulators and amazing home brews that the community has created. I swear to God any homosexual that says that the psp has no games or that the ds has a great library is either coping or is completely delusional. I don't have any nostalgia for any of these systems, I fricking hate sony and all of their gay and troony advertising. All of their new games are trash but you can't deny that they made food shit back in the days.

It was a lot better than the PSP, i don't like Nintendo in general but the NDS was pretty much the last hurrah of the videogame industry. The best PSP title was a japan-only visual novel and that kind of says everything that needs to be said too.
The DS has one of the best and most diverse console libraries ever, right up there with the SNES, PS1 and PS2. Hell, with those four platforms alone I don't think you'd ever buy hurting for good games again

Not really but i'd say that a lot of the best PSP games are original games that don't stray too far away from what was available on the PS2, the NDS had basically nothing in common with what was being released around that time on home consoles, it was a console "stuck" in the previous gen and that was ironically a good thing.
PSP had some very hidden gems but it was pointless to own unless you were hacking it.
The Prinny games and "What Did I Do To Deserve This, My Lord?!" games were bangers.
I fricking love the DS. It was both the peak of 2D sprite work, and the peak of low poly 3D all on the same device. And the unique design of the device lead to not having lots of weird and quirky games

it has tons of big name, big franchise games that are excellent while also still having dozens of games that are unique and no one talks about. Feel the Love, Contact, Kirby Canvas Curse, Ontamarama, etc etc

Modern consoles are generally just multiplats machines, without exclusives there is no real value and the PS3 did have many interesting exclusives, the PS4 and PS5 barely have exclusives at all.
yeah the ps3 in my personaly opinion was the last console worth having every thing gets released on pc nowadays so whats the point of having the newest xbox or the PS5 the ps4 has a couple of exclusives that im interested in but i still dont have one becaus i would rather have a better pc

I probably prefer the PSP, especially since the DS got superseded by 3DS which could play all of its games.
That being said, DS had HeartGold which is one of my most played games ever. Lots of the games I liked as a kid (Phantom Hourglass, Canvas Curse) don’t hold up today, but I’ll gladly play some Dissidia or Freedom Unite any time of the week.

I liked the PSP more than the DS (I couldn't stand how the games looked) but I absolutely prefer the 3DS over the Vita. I used to play a ton of great games on my N2DSXL (Project Mirai, MH4U, SMTIV, TLOZ games, WarioWare, Kirby games, AC:NL, etc). But on the Vita I only play JSR and RoR, sometimes Gravity Rush.
Also frick Sony for using proprietary SD.

PSP with CFW was the best. Free games, decent GBC/GBA emulator, enough space for music, pictures, porn and tv shows with a decent memory card.
The PSP was almost a portable PS2, and a lot of the filters they used had this neat snowflake dithering effect like in most of Square Enix's games.
The NDS was really more like a portable PS1, for better and worse. You got nice, clean pixelated textures but polygons kind of bent and jiggled.
The Vita was like a portable Xbox 360.
The 3DS was like a portable Wii.
