Unfortunately this is a concern. Sure they can just have analog for 1+2 but corruption cannot work without motion controls. It was basically a wii tech demo so it has waggle at all times.
playing prime 2 right now with mouse and keyboard and every boss I its so much better.
boost guardian died in 1 minute 30 seconds compared to playing on console and dealing with the low FOV and not being able to see where the fricker is bouncing around
there was a specific trek I would have to do from phazon mines all the way back somewhere far as frick.
its also annoying in prime games when you shoot a wave/ice/plasma beam door it doesnt change to power beam door so swapping weapons all the time is annoying

They really aren't bad at all. I can use a DS4 controller on Dolphin and it feels fine.

How easy is it to set up?
pretty simple. had to play around with keybinds but only took about 10 minutes.
they have weapon and visor wheels if you hold Q and E
I put jump on space and missles on right click, and map on M
shift is lock on by default and it works well
ctrl is morph ball
im not too far in the game yet so I might change the binds when I get that scatter missle or grapple
use primehack, it will adapt the game to run with keyboard + mouse controller, works with both GC version and prime trilogy
prime 1's back tracking was so bad at a certain point I gave up
