    >Friendly heart-to-heart
    >Glass Him
    >Anyone that is not anglo, links the context (friendly conversation) with a friendly act and not a random act of violence
This scene started the long road to bankruptcy for telltale, and it was deserved

Yes, the mutts. No-one with a good grasp on English would interpret "glass him" as "buy him a drink"

who? the inner city ebonics speakers?

I’m a ESL and I took that point to be hitting him with said Glass. Mind you it was more extreme then I thought it be, but I can’t understand why you wouldn’t think “[noun] [person]” wouldn’t end with said noun impacting said person.

You walk into a bar looking for clues. You find a previous suspect that you beaten silly, depressed that the prostitute that he beat silly was murdered. He doesn't want any trouble, he just wants to tell you his side of the story and what really happened that night. As he is becoming more and more suicidal, you are given options. Glass Him (fill up his drink, toast to him) would be the most appropriate. You then smash a glass across his face and rip his arm off. Frick this game.

But what else could glass him possibly mean?

I'm an ESL and understood instantly what this meant. Is this an EOP problem because they never really have to "guess" what english phrases they haven't heard before mean?

It's a term mostly relegated to the Bongs and their colonial subjects, Americans wouldn't know it.

Honestly, maybe something is wrong with me, but I just realized what people mistook "glass him" for. Seemed pretty obvious to me what it meant.

its not a phrase that is used by nonbongs and doesnt really have a translation unlike some others
when you say say you fricked someone up everyone knows you didnt actually have sexual intercourse with anyone because the phrase is commonly used in many languages
only moronic aussies and bongs knew glassing someone meant smashing a bottle in his head and not buying him another round of drinks

No they're not. When have you heard someone say they wanted to glass you?

              Anonymous

yes they are because that what's the most logical conclusion and its an expression actually used for that context depending on the language
