The combat in your kusoge seems to be based on straight damage, there is no stagger system for normal enemies and from what I've seen there is nothing happening between turns like the free actions in HSR. So the combat is already different.
3D world isn't a requirement at all, but you keep saying this game is exactly the same as HSR minus the graphics but that's not true at all is it.
