It is pretty much the other way around. The only good thing about consoles are gimmicks/UX, but only the switch offer useful gimmicks and most consoles have shitty UX.
Just using a PS/xbox-controller and a PC with steam hooked up to a TV typically gives a vastly better UX than using the respective consoles
But i have access to thousands of pc exclusives plus thousands of console exclusives played on my pc at higher res and better framerates with patch fixes mods and other qol improvements. All for free.

consoles are like a roller coaster, your locked in to one ride depending on your coaster, sure games run fine they are meant to on those preconfigured console systems, the game industry literally gets given the specs for the consoles and tailors a game around those limitations.
