Why do people have issues with Joe doing this? Obviously he's had the games for a while now, obviously he's known of the leaks, obviously he can't confirm it or post the info on his website until release. What's the problem?
The problem is that he acts like he doesn't start doing anything until an official release.
So what? He has to play pretend as if he's only now starting to dump the info because he doesn't wanna risk getting in trouble with GF by admitting he got the data from leaks.
Then he should get his own info, instead of using the leaks while pretending he hates leakers.
