The paradoxes in the books are an artist interpretation of what they would look like as paradoxes, they were never real. Do you people even read the text displayed in game or do you just press A non stop like fucking retards ?
My theory is that they drew a fusion of the paradox legends we will be getting. And through the power of imagination they were able to bring these Pokémon from the distant past and future

It's supposed to be a hint 5o all three members of each trio getting a Paradox form though. That's why Iron Leaves "looks nothing like the sketch", it's not meant to SOLELY be Iron Leaves.

Suicune seems to be more significant than Raikou or Entei based on the existence of Crystal but I'm not sure why they picked Virizion to give a Paradox form to. Why not Cobalion since he's the leader?

Why are you assuming the proffessor made these? Or that they were made recently? They could have been hidden in another part of Area Zero before the raids, or just created by Arven or the Character after reading the prof's notes.
There is literally no reason to believe these could only exist if they were made in the present by the professor.

The paradox is that the "time machine" DOES create pokemon, which would "prove" they they actually existed, but only creates those pokemon because that's what was being searched for, not because they were real.
