I just wanted to play the game and do the puzzles.
I didn't realise they forced you to do the fricking side quests and buy gear and grind enemies. because they put in shit level-scaling in where your RPG stats have way too much influence over the real time combat and chip damage exists.
KH2 fixed this fricking problem years ago with damage clamping. I don't how ARPG devs keep fricking this up.
