Some of the best the series has to offer. Truly the only hope for Pokémon is if future games build on this gameplay formula. They can scrap the Agile/Strong Style but everything else needs to be permanent and explored more deeply.
There's only one thing this game is great at doing.

I enjoyed it way more than SV. It's a short game though
If legends Arceus had wonder trading, I would play shield and shining pearl even less. I like sending semi decent pokemon on random trades just to end up with mostly worthless mons like zubat and magikarp.
