I've been meaning to play this for years now but it's just so hard to find a copy. Just gonna have to pirate it at this rate.

Urban Reign, a beat 'em up made by Namco. Paul Phoenix and Law are guest characters. Perhaps it uses code from the Tekken Force minigames.

Ok, I just thought it was the final fight spin off and it got me wondering if I was mislead on passing it up.
I like rising zan for 3d beat em ups, never tried a PS2 beat em up.

      It wasn't that bad.
All it really needed was actual camera control and less glitched out throws

This is such a dogshit character design but it's exactly what I'd think of if someone said early 2000s Japanese games. I can't hate it.

        Seriously under-appreciated series

Just shows that a developer can do everything right and still lose

They really are yeah. It's insane to me the evolution of each entry. Even going from 1 to 2, the gameplay improvement is crazy. It's like going from Street Fighter to Street Fighter 2. Not to mention the not retro 3 & 4, where everything was dialed to 11. It's a shame Capcom abandoned the series, I'd liked to see them at least port all the games to PC, my PS3 is a dedicated Basara machine and won't last forever.

Same here, maybe emulation will be better in the future but it seems like Capcom is once again passing up free money.
