I don't even think that goofy pokemons are bad but the ratio is just way too big nowadays especially since we have way less pokemons in a new dex.

Girafarig has a head on its tail, Farigiraf is wearing the head like it's a kigurumi. The latter is definitely more goofy.
The bias toward the first generations is way too high, there's a lot goofy design that are classified as no goofy and there some "goofy" design of the latest gen that are on par with the standard of no goofy
