they realized them and the va would be cancelled because the va is white and karlach would have had "black features", so it would have been likened to black face
>Karlach - beheaded >Gale - Left in portal > Wyll - killed him when he didn't want to join team drussy > All Druids - killed for drussy > All Teiflings - killed for drussy >Goblins - saved >Shadowheart - based justicar stabbed that dumb bitch whatever shit >Drussy - Secured >Drussy - Secured
I don't think I understand the basics of a spell difficulty class vs a saving throw. So if an Underdark beast has 10 wisdom and I try to frighten it (which is WIS save) then the beast gets a chance to roll a d20 with no +1's right? And say if the beast had 12 WIS then it would get a +1 to its roll?
About spell DCs - Is there any difference in the spell DC itself? Meaning does a cleric always use wisdom? What about when a cleric uses a spell scroll?

Sounds right to me, but Drow might also have a racial bonus, or other miscellaneous character/class bonus that isn't onvious. Or a hidden bonus because arbitary difficulty.
It's weird how the spell DC is shown in the tooltip for fireball but for scorching ray it shows Wyll's charisma modifier not the spell DC. But they are both evocation "spells".
spell DC is derived from >8 base DC >caster proficiency (same modifier as skill proficiency) >casting ability score modifier (int for wizards, cha for bards, etc)
No one likes ugly people as it turns out
karlach more like karlacha
Karlaqa
Because cutting off the morons head would have been the only reasonable option
they realized them and the va would be cancelled because the va is white and karlach would have had "black features", so it would have been likened to black face
why not just hire a black va
it costs less to just change the model than to redo the va and mocap because social norms changed during development
So she got improved?
Why not call her Karla?
She sounds and looks like a Karla
>Why the fuck did they change her?
They realize they actually do want to make money on this game instead of getting praised on being "representative" on Kotaku.
well she was originally planned as a centuries old general from hell but they scrape that making this haggard look all the more questionable
Why can't it be red Doja Cat why is it always chimps or dykes
Somebody with an IQ above room temp saved her from being worst girl
I think you can thank all the rewrites, she was the most overhauled of all the cast, even when compared to Wyll.
>missed out on
Do you mean 'dodged'?
What the fuck game, even?
Ew.
Holy shit, Debra Wilson?
>Niglach
we were saved
Why does anyone not behead Karlach?
Explain yourselves.
>male drow
>surprised he got pegged
My playthrough
>Karlach - beheaded
>Gale - Left in portal
> Wyll - killed him when he didn't want to join team drussy
> All Druids - killed for drussy
> All Teiflings - killed for drussy
>Goblins - saved

>Drussy - Secured
>puritanical
Enough with that fucking word already. We are so far into degeneracy there's nothing that would even resemble puritan practices anymore.
fuck that bitch
>no tears streaming down
Shame.
She was most likely changed to avoid accusations of cultural appropriation being made towards her not black VA.

Sorry, don't know why I immediately started thinking drow as I answered. Points stand, though.

fireball is a spell DC save, whereas scorching ray is an attack roll.
