it doesn't have Recycle thankfully, so it won't run Leppa. neither does Rabsca. still quite significant. I assume it can also be Copycatted for shenanigans.
Imagine the double strats like Skill Swap + Cud Chew or Harvest.
You have to use this shitmon to revive your other dead shitmon, so the team is still clogged with this pikaclone in competitive.
Hope it gets shat on hard by Heal Block strats.
Dark Void is useless nowadays tho, who wants to use a move with 50% accuracy? Might as well go for Sheer Cold or Fissure.

They really did overkill on it. Making it Darkrai exclusive would've been nerf enough but they had to go and make sure Darkrai itself wouldn't want to use it either
I dont go to tournaments due to the rampant hacking issue VGC has proven to not care about. Last time I went to a tournament I got robbed of my win because of Timer Stalling.
The penalty is that anything that hard walls it gets a free switch in + a free turn of set up.
Which doesn't devalue it too much but will simply mean that teams will build around countering Pawmot counters. The joke is if there's anything that's going to punish Rain this gen it's this fricker
The thing is, Iron Fist synergizes really well with Ice Punch giving Pawmot BoltBeam+Fighting stab coming from a respectable 115 base Attack, so there's not that many things that hard wall it, and Pawmot can use that offensive pressure to get free turns for Revival Blessing quite easily.
>anything that hard walls it
ok mr.genius but what? I'd agree if it was pure Electric-type - it's not though
Gets Ice Punch + Iron Fist too, as another anon remarked
How would you nerf this? Make it so that the user must be the only Pokémon that's not fainted? Not have it be a move at all and instead be a consumable item?

70 HP and defenses is frail anon, and 115 attack is pretty sub standard. 105 speed is the only good thing about it.
Pawmoot as the same bulk as pokemon like Eevee, Lucario, and Froslass but without any good defensive typing giving it resistances. Electric/Steel/Bug/Rock/Dark aren't the greatest resistances for a frail mon to have.
>shitmon
This shit is 115 attack 105 speed, stronger than Zeraora and faster than Garchomp, and is Fighting/electric.
This shite would have been OU being able to take of Ferropex Corviknight Heatran Slowbro.
>have to use a shitmon to revive one of your own
Seems fair to me. Only time it will be broken is if it gets added to a pseudo, legendary, or mythical.
Or you know, a good Pokemon.
>Only time it will be broken is if it gets added to a pseudo, legendary, or mythical.
that's going to happen. It eventually happens with every single signature move. Megahorn used to be heracross' ultra powerful signature move now it seems like everything with a horn can/has learned it at some point.
Base 70 defenses are shit, so this thing isn't switching into neutral attacks from OU or VGC attackers, 105 speed is good but you're still forced to run a positive speed nature to not get outrun by base 100's running +speed. 115 attack is low by OU standards, and if you run a Atk/spd EV spread you're even weaker defensively.
OU is beyond this guy, but UU...It'll terrorize UU till it's banned.
Why would its bulk matter when it can rez whatever it wants ? >115 attack
It means that it's not passive.
It can revenge kill things if it wants, then rez and die whatever you'll need.
Or just Volt Switch out and save his revive for later. It has options and it's not a sitting duck.
I'm not sure how you can see reviving one of your mon as a gimmick.
KH1 had it, Tinkerbell summon will revive you once if you die, and it constantly heal you with no time limit and leave only after you died and got revived. It was broken as frick
the new LORD of OU, kneel
what's the max pp? 3?
1. You can use a leppa to restore it though.
it doesn't have Recycle thankfully, so it won't run Leppa. neither does Rabsca. still quite significant. I assume it can also be Copycatted for shenanigans.
Imagine the double strats like Skill Swap + Cud Chew or Harvest.
Is Heal Block still cut?
is smeargle in game?
No, and I bet they cut it again because GameFreak is still butthurt over it with Dark Void.
People will run Leppa on it, the appeal of having a second revive is too strong.
1 PP, can't increase with PP up, just tried. Still broken for 70/115/70/70/70/105
But did you ask for its advice?
This, I'm more concerned with what Pawmot had to say.
It's just a Revive.
? post elo
it's just a revive.
post your vgc tournament wins
I dont go to tournaments due to the rampant hacking issue VGC has proven to not care about. Last time I went to a tournament I got robbed of my win because of Timer Stalling.

source: trust me
it's just a revive
It's very interesting for competitive but for casual single player it's a mostly useless ability
it doesn't even have a downside like healing wish, nuts.
Being stuck to 1pp is downside enough
actually a fricking moron
Compare it to Healing Wish, we said
Healing Wish might as well be 1PP in competitive, you're not going to use it more than once.
>revive the healing wish user with Pawmot
get outplayed kid
The penalty is that anything that hard walls it gets a free switch in + a free turn of set up.
Which doesn't devalue it too much but will simply mean that teams will build around countering Pawmot counters. The joke is if there's anything that's going to punish Rain this gen it's this fricker

Gets Ice Punch + Iron Fist too, as another anon remarked
I get it now, it has defibrillator paws
thank you
Yeah people called that when we saw the description for the prevo mentioning it rubbed its hands together before shocking
>banned from VGC
yep.. we just made a move because you can spare a Revive in game
No way
How would you nerf this? Make it so that the user must be the only Pokémon that's not fainted? Not have it be a move at all and instead be a consumable item?
C. Don't do anything and watch Smogon mods seethe
make it so pawmot has to have at least 50% to use it
Make it kill the user.
Make Healing wish not kill the user and have only 1 pp too so people shut their mouth and we have 2 item-like moves
Useless when we have revives
moron
>what is competitive
imagine a full team composed of 6 pawmot + this move
Revive doesn't heal PP - at least the item doesn't,
I'd be UNpleasantly surprised if the move does
no because the whole point of Lunar Dance is that it does restore PP and Healing Wish doesn't.
You have to use this shitmon to revive your other dead shitmon, so the team is still clogged with this pikaclone in competitive.

>shitmon
70/115/70/70/70/105 + volt absorb is pretty respectable

Thankfully the move is on two shitmons.
I don't know everytime I see this shitmon in game I one shot ti
probably because it evolves twice but just gets big
Who other mons get this skill?
The dung beetle. That’s it.
I love that beetle even more now
>Ask for advice
I think it just look up the highest stat and weakest move and tell you to replace it.
This fricker will be banned within a month.
Rabsca might actually get to stay since it is a shitmon outside of Revival Blessing.
>have to use a shitmon to revive one of your own
Seems fair to me. Only time it will be broken is if it gets added to a pseudo, legendary, or mythical.
Or you know, a good Pokemon.
It's not that bad though. It has serviceable stats and moves.
>Only time it will be broken is if it gets added to a pseudo, legendary, or mythical.
that's going to happen. It eventually happens with every single signature move. Megahorn used to be heracross' ultra powerful signature move now it seems like everything with a horn can/has learned it at some point.
>shitmon
It's not Spidops tier, it can hold its own thanks to good base stats and movepool.
It's fast enough so it'll have no trouble using this move.
It's OP, you have to save your checks to check something again.
it's a fricking gimmick.

Pawmot isn't too bad. It's an electric mon with moves.
>25+ years to add Raise from Final Fantasy
Kek at least they outstripped Kingdom Hearts in this one
KH1 had it, Tinkerbell summon will revive you once if you die, and it constantly heal you with no time limit and leave only after you died and got revived. It was broken as frick
Can Mew not also learn this move?
Maybe in the DLC if they add a tutor.
>move does literally anything besides 90 damage
>"omg this broken??!?"
Your probably better off just going for damage in most cases
