What the fuck? No it doesn't. The characters were shit, and the combat is generic FPS with quickhacks thrown in. The latter isn't terrible but it gets stale as fuck later on. Especially since the best guns literally and for you. You just pull the trigger.
Dunno I felt like they were a lot better than Starfield. I actually found the main story and side quests interesting in Cyberpunk and the combat didn't feel like a chore.
It's better than Starfield yes, but it was still shit. Cyberpunk is a mediocre at best game. It's a GTA reskin with some different mechanics tossed in. I beat it twice, and found it to be an utterly forgettable experience both times.
Also CDPR are bunch to lying naggers who hyped the game up to be some "epic branching-storylines decisions-matter adult-RPG!!" and it turned out to be linear as fuck, with only two romance options (ONE if you're not a homosexual), and no decision that matter until the point of no return, when you're 95% done with the game.
they manage to avoid one of the common pitfalls of writing and that's making characters who are practically infallible and always make perfect decisions until suddenly they're bad ones
evelyn and judy are both 100% woman moment the whole game and it's completely in line with who their characters are, everyone you meet has reasonable motives, honestly the weakest character in the whole game is probably just panam.
I'm 12 hours into the game for the first time and its worse than I thought it was going to be. I keep hoping that it gets better but it doesn't. It's so fucking boring and sterile.
the fact there's people on this board pissed off that it wasn't nominated for GOTY is unreal to me, I played it, finished it and i'll never touch it again, it's the very definition of medicore, fallout 4 as bad as that was, is a better game, i dread to think what TES 6 will be like, hopefully it'll make them take a step back and re-access their approach to game design, maybe it's time to retire gambryo.
That's Bethesda shills for you. Their egos are so hopelessly tied to that shit company and Todd the Always-Truthful, they would lap up his wet diarrhea and demand it gets GOTY.
I honestly don't think that they can ever make a good game again. They're so up their own ass that they forgot what made their older games so enjoyable. Starfield felt like a game that they put a ton of work into. You can feel that they tried to make a good, huge game for the player to get lost in but it's just mediocre, sterile feeling crap. Like it legitimately feels like it was entirely designed by a soulless AI.
TW3 also looked like shit, I have no idea how anyone tolerated the subtle green piss lighting without at least a reshade. And Toussaint was just fucking disgusting.
Mostly garbage armor designs too. The rest of the assets were tolerable, I suppose.
I don't know about the rt patch or whatever, because I'm definitely never touching that game again, but the original looked awful. Pre-downgrade footage certainly looked nice, but alas.
I actually think chess is a terrible game that isn't actually fun to play past mid level because it just becomes a memory game of chess strategies rather than a come up with your own solutions to a unique problem game like say, go, or classic battletech
You still gotta be smart to be good at chess but I just feel like it's not a very relevant sort of smart and not a very interesting or fun smart.
The best description I've seen of the "feel" and "tone" of starfield is that it's like someone told all the writers to tone everything way down so that it's family friendly. That just makes no sense on Neon, which is supposedly the seedy underbelly of the galaxy. Even everyone who is supposed to be evil in this game just feels timid and tame. It pales in comparison to cyberpunk, which unflinchingly portrays madness and sensuousness for a mature audience. One game was made by committees in Microsoft's HR department, and the other was made by actual game devs (gamers)
I wish night city was more depraved.
Maybe it changes a lot over a few decades, but reading about Night City in the Cyberpunk Red manual makes it sound so much more hardcore. Like "You'll probably trip over a mutilated corpse on your walk to work" fucked up.
If Todd howard Ok'd that nightclub it begs the question why is he in charge?
maybe have someone who has an idea of what games could be, what they ought to be and what audiences expect them to be and put that guy in charge
Todd is getting old as hell now. In his senile mind, that nightclub is a really hip and happening place but to everyone else, it's boring and soulless. It's basically the equivalent of bingo night to other pensioners.
this
absolutely unironically he should retire after release of Starfield's DLC
just fuck off, todd, your time is over.
i want someone competent to start using all these IPs and make good use of them
>cyberpunk parasites literally can't top thinking about StarField
They both are fucking shit but at least starfield pajeets aren't obsessively annoying about it. Really sad to see the CDPR team desperately trying to manufacture their "come back" while nobody gives a shit.
They've proven time and time again they will 100% manipulate as much as possible to trick the viewer into buying a product. Why anyone wastes their time with these animals any further is a mystery.
The redline was blatantly crossed several times between reviewers and jouranlists who were basically handcuffed from speaking the truth.
hahaha haaa
>starfield is so bad it makes cyberpunk 2077 look good
Cyberpunk actually has interesting characters and fun combat for all of its other flaws
>Cyberpunk actually has interesting characters and fun combat for all of its other flaws
They should've made a smaller scope, more linear game and saved the mega-ambitious open world shit for the sequel like they did with the Witcher.
What the fuck? No it doesn't. The characters were shit, and the combat is generic FPS with quickhacks thrown in. The latter isn't terrible but it gets stale as fuck later on. Especially since the best guns literally and for you. You just pull the trigger.
aim for you.*

Holy shit play it for more than 3 hours lmao
I beat the game twice you stupid nagger. That's what it is. Even more boring than generic FPS because of smart weapons in fact.
it is good though
jesus christ...this is what nerds and homosexuals from the dev team at starfield think nightclubs are
I'm 12 hours into the game for the first time and its worse than I thought it was going to be. I keep hoping that it gets better but it doesn't. It's so fucking boring and sterile.

Starfield feels like a game that was entirely designed by a well programmed AI.
are you copying youtube comments now, jimmy?
I have no idea what you're talking about but if other people are saying the same shit then it's obviously a glaring issue.
That's Bethesda shills for you. Their egos are so hopelessly tied to that shit company and Todd the Always-Truthful, they would lap up his wet diarrhea and demand it gets GOTY.

Yeah we were already saying that after F4. Didn't help.
It was incredible how shit the game looked visually compared to witcher 3
TW3 also looked like shit, I have no idea how anyone tolerated the subtle green piss lighting without at least a reshade. And Toussaint was just fucking disgusting.
Mostly garbage armor designs too. The rest of the assets were tolerable, I suppose.
Its one of the prettiest and most visually impressive games to play today even with the rt patch
I don't know about the rt patch or whatever, because I'm definitely never touching that game again, but the original looked awful. Pre-downgrade footage certainly looked nice, but alas.
>Toussaint was just fucking disgusting
opinion: disregarded
Toussaint is like a classic painting in motion
Yeah, if you were to piss on it beforehand.
Starfield is way better then fallout 4.
what's the secret to these
Don't hire wokies next time.
Starbros, what the fuck do we do? They're all shitting on it...
When you were partying in nightclubs
I studied The Chess Game
Didn't he lie about being in the chess club and he was actually an ultra normalfag
I actually think chess is a terrible game that isn't actually fun to play past mid level because it just becomes a memory game of chess strategies rather than a come up with your own solutions to a unique problem game like say, go, or classic battletech

>starts with unnecessarily long loading screen with no ingame transition
lol, what a fucking disaster of a game
your chery picking
yeah its embarrassing how shitty and soulless starfield is compared to cp2077
We're reaching shitty and soulless levels that shouldn't even be possible. I'm sure in 5 years people will start glorifying Starfield too.
If Todd howard Ok'd that nightclub it begs the question why is he in charge?

I guess its pretty hip compared to alan wake 2's bingo hall
this

Lol
Todd's ego won't let him retire, and as long as his games are making money, the shareholders won't care what he does with them.
>lose Todd
>gain Emil
Nice going homosexual
typical bethbuck fail
bloody bastard your sister is a mother
do not redeem the Starfield
blody bitch blasterd i will fuck u
Nobody at Bethesda ever went to a club
Shit nightclubs, check this out:
?si=SirC2i4WGU3PZ-bd
that's nothing, watch this:
>these fat oblivion NPCs just standing there randomly
lmao holy fucking shit
Meanwhile at the Malibu

Jokes on them--I pirated both games. I still think Cyberpunk is much better even though it has a ton of problems.
This is the best way. Let the cucks buy stuff and play for free.
Does Cyberpunk count as a GaaS title?
Since we only got the real complete version 3 years after.
>The release of Starfield was honestly the most effective advertisement Cyberpunk ever got.
Dayum...
remember bg3?
That came out a month prior to SF
