honestly insane to me how they fucked up so bad with this. botw wasn't perfect, but it was a good game. all the gravity gun fucking around making contraptions is stupid as fuck. attaching rocks to your sword is stupid as fuck. attaching a sword to the end of another sword is kind of funny but stupid. the menus are complete shit, the constant stopping to attach shit to arrows is retarded. the floating islands are stupid.
this really should have been dlc itself. wanted to like it, but i'll just run through botw again at some point instead of bothering with this

It's either DLC, or a shitty game. You can't say it's shitty DLC with all the stuff they added, it would be one of the greatest DLC ever.
I see it as more of a really good expansion pack than DLC or a game. Like Dragon Age Origin Awakening, or a good MMO expansion. Not nearly as good as the original game, but it was still fun.
