It was never an issue for anyone intelligent enough clean their sticks with IPA every 18 months.
I also don't believe people that wash their hands regularly even get stick drift.

    For the unaware:
The ultimate goal of the ever-shadowy "Jew" is to make everyone like them. Through 2 millennia of study into the mind and the mechanics behind it, how it works, how data is processed, how that data can be manipulated and what the effects of said manipulation are. This has been passed down and refined through generations through oral traditions, occult orders, mystery schools, corrupt religions, institutions, fraternal orders, modern governments, MIC, academia... truly the list goes on.

They want to make everyone like them so they can be absolved of their own crimes and corruptions. Now, with God in mind this is a ridiculous conclusion to have been reached and the truth is that they have simply been acting exactly as a corrupting force would, intentions be damned.

All they need to do is repent.
Christianity binds you through idolatry, shame, fear.
Judaism is to religion what chemistry is to alchemy. Lost in the details. Blind.
Islam is ego bound through wrath and ritual.
All of these are meant to bind you to the world, the world created by Satan, that is: the adversary.
Paganism was the most correct, not necessarily because it is real. But because it is the most fun and humanity thrives on fun.
"Childlike" wonderment is just wonderment. Never lose it.
    God is real.

    >players who bought them were bound by the Switch's user agreement to settle things via private arbitration, not a class action lawsuit
This should be illegal, especially since there's no way to agree to a license like that before making a purchase or opening the shrink wrap.

It's not, more and more cases are thrown out through forced arbitration in EULAs.

It's not illegal because it's not true. You have no legal obligation to obey the user agreement

Just take it back to the store. Retailers have to remedy any defective product they sell.
You do have that right, don't you?

Yeah actually, my country has some pretty good consumer rights. 30 day return period for literally anything for any reason at all for full refund no questions asked.
The problem with the Switch though is that the hardware is consistently failing for lots of people usually a year after non-strenuous use, which would be the backbone of a class action lawsuit.

The last decent controllers I used were the GC and OG Xbox controllers. Still have a bunch of them that still work and the only issues I ever had with either of them were the shoulders being worn out on the GC controllers after probably a total of 20k+ hours on them. I went through a bunch of 360 pads, a few DS3s, a few DS4s, and now just trashed an Xbox sex pad because the stick started heavily drifting. I'm tired. I would honestly spend like $300+ on one of those meme "elite" controllers if it was actually made of durable parts and came with a 10-20 year guarantee.

console manufacturing is such a scumfricky business
    >uhm ackshully we don't have to sell controllers that function we just have to sell a hunk of plastic in a controller shape
    >uhm ackshully i patented the concept of "having a button located on the back of the controller" so you owe me a zillion dollars
    truly an awful industry

I still have my original pair from 2017 too. They've drifted a few times but I just put contact cleaner under the pad on the stick and that's fixed them.
