Why are you trying to make this anyone elses problem?

      NO ONE CARES SHITHEAD!!

I don't have anyone to talk to and you guys are the closest thing I have to friends. I've been feeling very overwhelmed with sadness lately

It will help you to change your mindset about money. Every dollar you don’t spend can be invested to earn you more dollars. So when deciding to purchase, weigh the purchase against the cash flow that your money can generate, not the loss of x dollars from your bank account. For me at least knowing 100 dollars can generate me 8 dollars per year for the rest of my life, is very attractive. I simply would rather buy 8 dollars a year in perpetuity than most things I could buy.

I don't understanding investing money. If it were that easy why doesn't everyone do it?

Ganker isn't your friend. The biggest mistake you can make is to believe otherwise. Now quit making shitty fucking threads about yourself.

Don't care "anime website" or whatever. You post a picture of a little anime girl while whining about your problems I view you as utterly subhuman, lower than a fucking pajeet or nagger even.

          It's over

          >I don't understanding investing money.
That's the secret, anon. The investors don't understand investing either.

          >I don't understanding investing money. If it were that easy why doesn't everyone do it?
Everybody does do it, anon. 2021 was a huge year for new investors because of Gamestop and AMC, at least a million joined in (I did too but haven't been investing in a while). You just want to make sure your money's not losing to inflation sitting there

My brother got really into it a few years back although he hasn't done it in about a year or two. So what, do I just pour any spare change into 4X shares or something? I really don't know much about it. I remember before the Ukraine war started I was thinking of investing in Lockheed and Boeing but got filtered trying to set up a trading account

If investing seems too complex then just buy some gold and silver to protect against inflation, ammo too if you're American.
If I'm being honest I think your lack of friend is a bigger problem than buying games. There's nothing wrong with spending money and hobby but you need to live a fulfilling life outside of games too. Keep in mind the lack of friendship and real relationships is a growing issue among the youths, you're not alone in this.

People like me can't make friends. There's something subtly repellant about me that makes it unable for me to break the past cusp of acquaintanceship; I have no detractors but my friends are fewer. The greatest mystery of my life is what it is I lack or have too great a qauntity that makes me such unattractive company. I won't stop trying but at some point one has to accept that one is meant to be alone

If I met you in real life I'd probably be able to tell you what the issue is. But the last guy I met with personality issues was unwilling to change and chose to live friendless. Unfortunate since he didn't even have any major mental issues.

              >Silver.
Don't do this. Silver is the most manipulated market there is and the price hasn't kept up with inflation.

Yeah set up a trading account and just buy an index fund. It’s easy

I started off with TD (now owned by Charles Schwab). They made it really easy to set up and transferring only took one business day when they advertised 2-3. It really depends on what kind of investing you want to do. You just need to make sure you plan your trade and do not deviate from it once you activate it. There are systems in place to help with that, like triggered orders ("if this buy order is filled, then this sell order is automatically activated") conditionals ("if this order happens, cancel the other), etc. Although

is this bait it feels like bait.
gaming is one of the cheapest hobbies there is unless your chasing the new tech that won't even work well for 3 years anyways I spend at MOST 1000 a year including pc parts and peripherals you can eat that up in a month easy doing most anything else
from a simple dollars to entertainment hours formula it beats everything other than passive things that aren't actually hobbies like watching twitch/youtube/netflix etc.
and you don't even have to spend gas to do it, literally one of the most sensible hobbies you can have from a money perspective

Oh goody, another "am I too old to (x)" thread.

First of all, you're never too old to spend money on "childish" hobbies and anybody who claims otherwise is a miserable bastard who fell for the "grow up, get a job, get married, have kids" meme and is bitter that somebody deviated from the expected life path and is all the happier for it whereas they aren't.

I have NEVER known anybody who "grew up" who's a happy camper all the same. Even if they swear up and down they're happy slaving away to make somebody else rich or brag about how they "love" their annoying crotch goblins with all their heart, I promise you they're dead on the inside.

You only feel the way you do anon because society is not made for non-conformists. It's made for Billy Bob and his gun toting beer drinking buddies. It's made for the girls you went to high school with who have all since popped out children one after the other with their baby daddy nowhere in sight to help raise the little bastards and teach them manners. Its for the insufferable normies who consoom this consoom that who all regurgitate the same left wing NPC opinions on social media a lot of which they learned from public school which in turn taught all of us WHAT to think, not HOW to think.

Stop living for societal expectations and start living for yourself not giving a fuck about a collapsing society that can't wipe its own ass without turning it into some stupid political discourse on Twitter. So play those video games. Shoot those sperm cells into the toilet or shower drain. Build those LEGO sets you've been meaning to build.
