My one huge complaint is that they never added a bot mode for arena to play the multiplayer modes offline.
If you have no interest in going online, then 1/3rd of the whole game is literally wasted. No skins, no demon gameplay, etc.
Sad that the future of FPS will be empty arenas with ammo piñatas. Ion Fury was the best FPS to come out in the last 10 years and it was ignored.

there is also real enemy variety, you have brown guys, red guys, flying heads, dickless guys... so much fun

Because most of current day Ganker consists of former Xbox Live Halo kiddies who want their 7th gen era console shooters back.
Fast paced shooter with a lot of depth to it is not only something they can't fucking handle, but it is something that reminds them of how shit their favorite games were, and that makes them incredibly insecure and defensive.
what's with Ganker's obsession with seething at it? sure the cartoony design and marvel tier lore is annoying but gameplay wise its better than 2016 and pretty much 90% of modern games.
my complain about the game is how it forced you to chainsaw every 2 seconds and gay quickswitching, other than that its fine.

I don’t really play games anymore (last new game I bought was Skyrim on ps3) but when this came out during COVID. me and my friend beat it at work over a couple days. It was really fun I thought, super fast paced and tons of enemies. Way better than doom 3. No idea how it could not be better than the videos I’ve seen from modern games.

I love it, though i wish modding was less limited, it should not be easier to make nu-Doom in classic DOOM or quake than it is to make eternal mods.
It is far better than any other modern AAA SP fps, though even people that hate eternal will agree with that cause the bar is so low that its in hell.
