The last two games I played with half-decent gameplay were Free Cities & Fort of Chains.
Free Cities is dope, but Fort of Chains makes you feel like glorified middle management.

a good porn game isn't going to be anything because a good porn game is going to be one where porn and your interactions with the girls is the gameplay, not some mediocre knockoff slop but you get some CGs as a reward for progressing. caliross is pretty much the gold standard. it's weird how few eroges use puzzle elements in their gameplay, it usually works far better than generic rpgmaker battlan or beat-em-up stuff.

WEGs problem is that they are made usually by one or 2 guys and copy/past of other games. On the other hand Japanse games problem is that majorities of modern eroge are female protagonist focused or NTR.
Sadky good Japanse eroge aren't even translate to English, like for example games from Beelzebbub circle.
most wegs being made by solo devs or incredibly small teams is kino. it feels like it's the last remaining "scene" in the (western) video games industry that isn't completely corporatised.
I don't want it to be corporatism but I wish that WEGs were made by small to mid size teams that can add some mechanics, some innovations or just more CGs in to their games.
For example there is one WEG that I really love "Nano-Control" it have great setting (mind control) but girls in this game have few scenes that have 1-2 CG variations. Although modders added some content to this game, if it was made by a team from the begging it could have a lot more content.

Guys you know atelier series? That games about crafting and alchemy? Also a little similare to Kamidorie.
So My idea is a dark atelier, game about crafting and mixing items and potions that allow you to use to corrupt girls.
You would play a male protagonist that goal at the begging is to became a famous alchemist. But because of the plot He became corrupted and want to corrupt Girls that help hIm.
In game there would be 3-4 for girls that work as your bodyguard, that out of battle and in battle you could grope, molest and even fuck when other girls protect you.
Sex elements would be focused on mini events that you could pull anywhere rather that full drawn and written scenes. For example scenes more like in Magical Girl Celesphonia rather than those in Rance series.
