  1. I played the ones on GB, GBA, and GC.
They were all good. Used to hook up the GB game with the SNES GB player adapter and do multiplayer battles and that was awesome.

  2. What is the name of the Bomberman aesthetic style? Like, chibi robots in a semi-serious, mostly goofy setting?
Megaman and Mischief Makers I think also fall into this aesthetic.

  3. Bomberman 64: The Second Attack is the best bomberman game. Better than Bomberman 64 the way I see it. I loved that it built on 64’s continuity which made it hurt when later games threw it out the window for the saturday morning cartoon cast.

Speaking of, Bomberman Generation aged incredibly well visually but the gameplay is very simplistic. Another faovirte of mine is Pocket Bomberman for the platformer gameplay over the top-down gameplay the series is known for. Tournament was a great RPG as well.

Man, too many Bomberman games were really good. We need a collection but Konami will never get off their asses and put one together.
