what exactly was kaz thinking when he decided to keep this to himself?

It was all part of his plan to kill all the coons in South Africa.
Wasn't that Liquid? Just to pose as him through the events on shadow moses.
Probably not him personally. Likely Ocelot.
It probably was Liquid because Liquid is the one impersonating him in MGS1.
That doesn't make it more likely, especially when he has an army of idiots at his command.
Well, they had a history.
it doesnt make sense to add another layer that Ocelot killed Miller and then told Liquid he was dead so that Liquid could then start pretending to be him.
"unknown" is foreshadowing that the person turns out to be liquid, who we dont even know yet when hes pretending to be Miller
The end of MGSV kinda hints that it could be Ocelot. Ocelot and Miller talk about one of them eventually having to kill the other one
Ocelot killed him by gassing him
The post-credits dialogue scene in MGSV hints that it was indeed Ocelot who assassinates Miller before MGS1
>Miller goes full Rorschach at the end
what a retard
Miller was dumb as fuck for crossing the Boss. Should have died at Outer Heaven with venom.
biggu bossu ended up getting fucked in MG2 though
Peace Walker looked so good.
Peace walker’s gunplay might be the worst I have ever seen. Not an exaggeration.
single shot weapons are workable in PW but SMGs and ARs are complete ass even if you just strafe
There's always a bigger boss
He was thinking of plowing ten buckets of cum into Camille
in the end only BB got to empty his sack
peace day didnt come, but big boss did
>Kojima course corrected from Peace Walker so hard that he took the funny anime e-boi joke character and made get raped in prison, raped by her best friend, shoved two bombs in her vagina, get thrown out of a plane and explode.
I feel like kojima is way too sensitive to criticism
>1 is an anti-nuke game resembling escape from new york, japanese critics thought that it resembled hollywood shlock too much
>2 course corrected into a schizophrenic meta-narrative about mass control, critics thought that it was too confusing and they didn't like raiden
>3 comes around and snake is back in a simple james bond parody that makes sure to shit on raiden every time it gets to, critics complain about all the plot holes this entry caused
>4 does away with all the plot holes through NANOMACHINES and a LOT of exposition, critics complain about the overabundance of cutscenes and the overall grim vibe of the game (the original ending was going to have both snake and otacon get the death penalty for their terrorism until kojabgles consulted with the rest of the dev team)
>peace walker ups the silliness to 11, critics complain about it being TOO silly
>V compounded the criticisms of the two earlier games and did away with all the silliness and cutscenes
>critics complain about PW being TOO silly
I have never heard this as a sweeping criticism of the whole game, only the final boss fight.
If anything, PW has the exact right amount of levity. Characters talk to each other like human beings, crack jokes when appropriate, and the game is filled to brim with small nods and winks.
>did away with all the silliness and cutscenes
moron, did you see the naked girl flopping around in the rain played to no comedic effect? that shit was sillier than an ancient grecian sailor
I guess it's a different brand of silliness, but yeah she's absolutely eye candy and the game didn't even try to hide it (ashamed of your words and deeds my ass).
Then there's the unintended silliness from Skullface yelling WHOOOOOOOOOOOO and the fiddle
Pretty sure that's how the creator should act, instead of remaking the same thing over and over to milk the fanbase.
He suddenly hated Snake so much he made him a depends-wielding geriatric at age 40 who got microwaved, shot repeatedly and was about to blow his own brains out until the people at the studio stopped him. It's sad because he was the only compelling character he ever wrote.
>Thinks just because a creator makes a character suffer it means they hate them
Some people just delight in making their characters suffer
Making him suffer wasn't the main problem, but turning him into a dour one-dimensional asshole with no sense of humor amounts to character assassination. Also I'm pretty sure he was quoted as saying Snake wasn't a real person with real emotions because he was a clone. He hated the living shit out of him.
And I get that he was just a copy of Snake Plissken, but he was a cool cat before Kojima crawled up his own ass.
don't forget making his love interest marry johnny poopman
Huh? Holly White is still waiting for him in their home in Alaska though
Cool story bro, now tell us the one about the death threats
>shoved two bombs in her vagina
*one in her guts and the other in her vagina
Listening to the Chico tape in GZ was the last time a video game actually surprised me
Remember when he was so butthurt about people not liking the girly prettyboy that he had him get captured by the patriots, get his head cut off and put on a cyborg ninja body, have to get constant robodialysis, then turned into shadow the fucking edgehog?
Kojima is a pedo.
Look at this shit and that paz was raped in GZ.
No wonder konami wanted to get rid of him
>empty his sack
He was infertile
you can produce semen without having any spermatozoids
SHE WAS 17 YOU SICK FUCK
Who cares? It all worked out swimmingly in the end, Snake and Kaz got the merc organization they'd dreamed of.
>Big Boss gets a fake version of The Boss' C section scar because ????????????????????
Fuck I love MGS but it's full of so much dumb shit that just gets dumber as the series goes on.
it was a more compkicated version of the bandanna tribute
He hides a fucking wiresaw in it.
and i missed it because i was too good at QTEs
Portable Ops > PW
That's the worst opinion I have ever read on vee
I like portable Ops but bro...
You could have at least said ac!d if you wanted to meme
Miller was just playing a role. Supposedly Miller and Ocelot are playing a role when they help Venom, that they are just playing along with the facade as orchestrated by BB, but Miller was already playing his role by the time of PW. Do you ever wonder where did Miller come from? He's just hanging out with Big Boss one day as if he had always been there. At the beginning of PW he says "we can finally leave that crap at San Geronimo behind", you could take this as Kojima just taking a jab at Portable Ops, which he didn't make, but it makes no sense in-universe. According to Konami, PO is canon, but Kojima ignores that plot entirely. In any case, back during the events at San Geronimo, BB wasn't accompanied by Miller but by a young Roy Campbell. It's as if Miller completely took over Campbell's role, they might as well have been the same character.
(post too long)
BB is portrayed in TPP as this mastermind who fooled the world, but he was just a pawn, from the start. He was set up by the higher powers to succeed at Groznij Grad and become the "greatest soldier in the world", it's all propaganda. Now he has all these people willing to die for him, including Miller who's seemingly just happy to be the right hand man. He's supposed to be the right hand man but he's the one telling BB what to do and "guiding" him. People are magically converted to BB's cause, captured in magical balloons. Compare to PO, where you have to drag people back to your truck and we are shown the methods they use to convince people to join the cause.
What is the real truth? PW may or may not be a retcon, depending on your perspective. Consider that its direct sequel, TPP, goes full schizo on the idea that basically nothing in the game is really happening, or it's all just a play, but this time the one being played is not BB but the player's self-insert. But back to Miller. In Miller's first voiced appearance, he is voiced by Banjo Ginga, but in that game he turns out to be Liquid. In his first actual (or is it?) voiced appearance, in PW, he is voiced by Tomokazu Sugita doing his best Banjo Ginga impression. And it's not like Banjo Ginga isn't around; He also voices Zero, including the secret tapes in TPP. Now, Miller ends up crippled AND blind by the end of TPP, then we're expected to believe he trained Solid Snake and made him the hero that can take down like 3 Metal Gears AND Big Boss himself, in that state. And then that he got unceremoniously killed in his home. Who was the real Miller? Was the voiceless Miller in MG2 the same one from the prequels? I highly doubt it. Consider Ocelot: He has a different voice at every age (MGS3/TPP/Old), and you know how autistic the japanese are when it comes to associating voices with characters. The change happens for a reason, all other characters stayed consistent throughout the years. Ocelot in TPP is NOT the same ocelot seen before or after. This is obvious from his completely different personality, which is not a problem because Venom doesn't know him.
Basically the entire "Mother Base Saga" is a lie. BB caught onto the lie, and decided to play along.
PW was the best because any and all chances of seriousness went out the window with a fucking bare chested snake plisskin copy holding a metal gear with his hands while a naked (bravo steve jobs del hideojuegos) e-boi (but not really (she's 26 bro trust)) is piloting it and some japanese idol song is blasting in the background
it's the best metal gear because of this one boss fight alone
PW > secret theater > MGR > 2 > 3 > 1 > 4 > V
I’ve heard PW is required reading for MGSV, is this true? More so than 4?
It is a direct sequel.
You shouldn't play either, they're both shit. Play up to 4 and skip the PSP titles and V. Then jump to MGR if you want more.
Please do not listen to him, this is terrible advice.
The PSP titles add nothing positive to the series and have vastly inferior gameplay than 3 or 4.
V has good controls but empty grindy gameplay loop, and the game is unfinished and ruins what MGS4 hadn't ruined. Again, worse than 3 or 4.
4 is not great but at least it gives a conclusion. MGR has good fun gameplay and is decent for a spinoff.
I'm 99% sure you can find a 30 minute video on Youtube that summarizes everything.
Why was Kaz so butthurt that Big Boss personally save him in MGSV? He essentially backstabbed Big Boss so it's now wonder the latter wouldn't trust him anymore. If it was me I wouldn't even bother having Venom save him and let him rot in Afghanistan.
