Zeno Clash 2. Not that it was some deep and thought-provoking experience but more the fact I picked the series up because 'haha weird caveman domestic abuse simulator' so I wasn't expecting any more than that.

If the outside world had forgotten us, we've rudely reminded them we're still here. If they never forgot and simply didn't see necessity of further contact then how will they react to the death of not one but all their custodians? The uncertainty of what, if any, response the events of the game will have is fricking fascinating to me

Same, there's a lot of details that made me ask questions and even if those questions never receive answers, I still enjoy the world they've built for that series.

The two long-deceased Golems' choice of game honestly gave me feels considering their isolation. Did they choose poorly or were they misinformed of their station? Did they have company that died long before they would? So many questions

          Anonymous

Have you finished Artifacts of Chaos, what did you think? I enjoyed it but after all these years I would have preferred a continuation of the story rather than a prequel. I'd imagine the Boy will tie into the next game

So many games have soulless credits music, so much wasted potential. VNs have it right, you have meaningful memorable music near the end/during the credits, and then goes back to the main menu screen, which is now different because you cleared the game, maybe with the ending music as the new menu theme

I thought Odyssey would be so much better. The movement is fun, but that’s fricking it. The levels are boring, using the hat is underwhelming, and the moons are so pointlessly easy. It also took out all of the soul from Mario. Give me Galaxy 1&2 over Odyssey every day of the week.

Finally, someone agrees with me. I keep trying to like the game, I really want to love it but I can't bring myself to. The world feels soulless, the art direction makes everything feel incredibly sterile compared to previous 3d mario games.

Feel the same way except for V. Felt like it lacked direction and the only character I thought was even slightly relatable was Franklin. Trevor feels like he belongs in a Borderlands game he's so annoying and Michael is just a whiny boomer. That's just the main problem, nevermind everything else.

The ending fricking sucked but the entire ride up to that point was phenomenal. Learning everything on my own, dying 30 times per encounter before realizing the right way to do it, having to restart my first playthrough because my build was ass. Love this game.

Titanfall 2 was weirdly fulfilling for your mid 2010's FPS shooter.

Metro 2033. It has been a long time since a game made me feel that feel

Persona 3 on the PS2 back in the day. The original fable too, good time to enjoy games all around.
