dude sex
omori
I want to experience the story, but I don't want to play a 20 hour RPG maker game
Crash trilogy
Spiro trilogy
Metal gear rising revengeance
DMC 1 and 3
Just bought Deep rock Galactic, still haven't even launched it yet
All this and instead I buy guitar hero guitars and play clone hero instead
I need to get back to Spyro. I started playing it around Christmas 2018 to spring 2019 and then got busy and didn't pick it up again until June 2020 then my dog died and i haven't touched it since.
Play Deep Rock Galactic. If you have even an ounce of enjoyment for games like L4D, you're probably gonna have a good time.
I don't have a backlog. If I don't finish a game I just forget about it and move on
I bought Radiata Stories on release and never played it.
I've acquired every assassin's creed game (except the new viking one) but I've only ever played the pirate one
Kind of Terraria, haven't plated it since the mechanical bosses were the endgame.
DMC5
Doom Eternal DLCs
Dawn of War I and II
Ghostrunner
Hollow Knight
The Last Story and Opoona have been in my collection for a long time. I genuinely want to play both of them but finding time is hard because I play through games very slowly. My backlog is massive
FEAR and expansions
Bought in 2012, installed it right away, still have to play them
Sit and do each game in one playthrough, they are like 4 hours each tops
Super Mario Bros 2. Beat smb1 last summer. Smb2 is going down soon
The Arkham games. I keep saying I'm gonna play them, I've owned them all for years but obviously Asylum the longest, and every time I think about installing it my brain just drops the thought.
P4G and P5R
Bioshock 2
Gothic 2
FFVIII
Secret of monkey island
Metal gear rising: revengeance
MGS V
DMC 5
Conker Live and Reloaded
Bloodborne
Something from the PS1 era. Probably SaGa Frontier or Vandal Hearts, if I still have them.
Demons souls and Gow ragnarok
All JRPGs
I played Overlord 1 for a bit back then, just never played Overlord 2.
PS3 the last of us
>couldn’t stand the framerate
>told myself I’ll just get the remake
>never did
Skyrim and man of Medan
if you have a backlog you don't understand the point of gaming
Demolition Racer No Exit for Dreamcast. 20 years or so now.
I was thinking about it today. Surely a sealed Dreamcast game is worth something.
It ain't. You can find boxes of sealed copies on ebay even. Luhmow ecksdee.
Alien Isolation. I installed it and my character moved at a crawl speed so I uninstalled (it was that bad).
Later I looked the game up online and there were actually fixes etc. So one day I'll reinstall. One day.
If I press play I want to play. Not download a patch. Not troubleshoot. Just let me play the game.
Trails of Cold Steel
I bought all the games many many years ago, then I wound up playing the Gagharv Trilogy and Trails in the Sky over the course of 5 years
Trails in the Sky SC keeps getting pushed back in my backlog by other stuff, so it will probably be another 5 years before I finally get to play it
Sekiro, Dark Souls 2 and 3. Had these for years and still have not played them. Might play DS2 around Summer and leave Sekiro and DaS3 for when I get a PS5, so I can play them at 60fps.
Forsaken for PS1
I tried it as a kid but it was just too complex for me, mostly ended up dicking around in the multiplayer with my brother. Since then I have played and quite liked games such as Descent but for some reason I just haven't returned to Forsaken yet.
chronotrigger because i hate turn based JRPGs but i know i have to try it at some point
honorable mention: bought divinity original sin 2 ever since it came out and im now scared of even starting it
I have owned Darkstone for the PS1 for 24 years and have never been able to bring myself to finish it.
