Lynx and C64 got 3(different games)

Vapor Trail first stage and ending themes hit damn good.

This game isn't Gauntlet 4. It's Gauntlet with 4 player support. Western Publisher thought it was a good idea to advertise that feature like this for some reason.

YM2612 frens, I've listened to almost every single Genesis soundtrack that's been ripped. It's my all-time favorite soundchip and console for music, and I'm here to share my non-Sonic top 40. All of these are absolute classics and worth checking out if you want to dig deeper into the library. I've green texted some of the ones that are a cut above.

    >Alisia Dragoon (possibly the most underrated soundtrack ever)
    AWS Pro Moves Soccer
    Battle Mania Daiginjou
    Blades of Vengeance
    Cadash
    >Dragon's Fury
    >Dungeons & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun
    Ecco: The Tides of Time
    Ecco Jr.
    Elemental Master
    Fatal Rewind
    Gauntlet IV
    Gleylancer
    Golden Axe
    Golden Axe II
    >Golden Axe III
    Light Crusader
    >M.U.S.H.A.
    >Mega Turrican
    Midnight Resistance
Might Morphin Powers Rangers: The Movie
    Phantasy Star IV
    Red Zone
    Road Rash
    Road Rash 3
    Shadowrun
    Steel Empire
Street Fighter II': Special Championship Edition
    Streets of Rage
    Streets of Rage II
    Streets of Rage III
    >Sub-Terrania
    Sword of Vermilion
    >The Adventures of Batman and Robin
    Thunder Force III
    Thunder Force IV
    Vapor Trail
    >Verytex
    Waterworld
    X-Men: Mind Games (Beta)

Also look up "Project 2612" to listen to any soundtrack directly in the browser uncompressed. Youtube is garbage for FM synth music.

Cool, I generally dislike the chip but I know it can make great music of course, so I will probably listen to some of these to learn more about its possibilities (since I haven't played many Genesis games so I can't draw from personal experience)

The best Gen music is Bad Omen/Devilish. Same composer, though.

Can't argue with that, anon. Probably the best gameplay too.
Dragon's Fury, Bad Omen, Contra: Hard Crop, and SOR 2 come close.
Golden Axe 3 has an amazing conan-esque like Gauntlet IV.
Vast Field should have been in this game:
