The real issue with RE Engine is the film grain effect, even if you turn it off its always there.
Always, high foliage and wood textures are a nightmare to look at, i genuinely get motion sickness for looking at that many dots.

It's way easier for something such as a song to be a masterpiece as it has a lot fewer parts.

The is fundamentally a masterpiece but part of it's legend is that it was practically the first of its kind and its impact was immense. It revolutionized this particular genre (not horror, the TPS) and influenced like what? 3 generations worth of TPS games now? it'll never be just like the original for this reason alone. It's in a Remakes very nature to not innovate. It's nothing more than a copy.
