there are bosses you have no choice but to fight. So tell me how you decide which ones are too tough and optional so you go somewhere else vs bosses that are too tough but you are obligated to fight?
You remember that you have other paths? For example, in Artorias DLC you don't really have other paths outside of fighting Artorias, meanwhile with Capra you have could've explored Darkroot, found the elevator to Valley of Drakes and from there you could've found Blightown.
like just go somewhere else Black person how hard is that
So if you fight Quelaag and decide she is too hard, so she must be optional, how long do you explore somewhere else until you realize you HAVE to fight her?

Until you hit deadends on other branches? Do you unironically think that your post is some kind of "gotcha" moment? Game is finite, sooner or later you will hit the end wall. And I mean literal wall, not "hard boss" wall.

yeah, and I'm saying HOW do you decide Capra is optional without using a guide? Just serendipitous come to a conclusion it's optional instead of retrying the fight a 100 times until you win?
I know for a fricking fact you read a guide and found out Capra was optional. Don't bullshit me, you didn't find it out for yourself in the game

I am not even original anon, I didn't skip Capra, I fought it fair and square. >yeah, and I'm saying HOW do you decide Capra is optional without using a guide?
You don't decide, if you find it too hard, you are free to explore other parts of the game and find your way around him. Do you know at that point that you can do that? No, but you don't know that he is mandatory either, game is fairly open at that point, after all, shitload of people went at the graveyard at the start and got repeatedly farmed by skelly boys, If you are that fricking dumb and don't remember that game has other paths that you can explore, it is not the fault of the game.

I'm saying this person says Capra Demon is optional like it's a matter of fact and so obvious, when if you use in-game information nothing tells you that. You can go to Quelaag, fight her, give up and explore forever and ever but eventually you have to go back. You can't just assume a boss is optional

>Capra demon is optional and I find it too hard
Time to explore other places I haven't looked into to see if maybe there's a new weapon I can use, maybe get more souls to level up while I'm at it. >Capra demon is required and I find it too hard
Time to explore other places I haven't looked into to see if maybe there's a new weapon I can use, maybe get more souls to level up while I'm at it. Also eventually I will know I have to go back here since I can't go forwards elsewhere.

but there's literally nowhere else to go in blighttown except the great hollow or back the way you came which is even scarier???

>why did they make you escape the first boss >why can you plunge attack first 2 bosses but noone else >why can you permanently anger shopkeepers but everything else resets >why can you wake up a dragon and he stays woken up even though everything else resets >why does half of the game even exist >why are factions completely pointless
so people on the internet can feel proud for bullshitting through it
they weren't at all, game's half finished slop even by from standards and a generation of codkiddies thought they'd get gamer cred for pretending it was hard / good
Something like "we have to limit player's movement to compensate for the dumb boss AI". It's a very deliberate decision found everywhere in Dark Souls, not just in boss battles.
Just fought this boss for the first time a couple days ago, the "arena's" design completely dumbfounded me, what even is this thing, it wasn't really hard, just so confusing and out of nowhere
It's just a little courtyard in-between two buildings
Only confusing part is why a Capra would go all the way from Demon Ruins to there. Maybe he likes dogs.
This boss by itself would be too easy if we put it in a big arena like the previous ones os let's mix things up by making the arena really small and a couple of dogs as well while we're at it.
You could just not fight it. It's an optional boss.
How are you supposed to know it's an optional boss unless you use a guide?
With that mindset you wouldn't have gotten past the asylum so that isn't an issue.
???
You're telling me you beat the asylum demon weaponless and you didn't run past it at first encounter?
You can run passed asylum once you enter his arena for the first time though
So how did YOU know you can run past if you didn't follow a guide?
Yeah your logic doesnt follow at all. Stop being a dumb c**t for the sake of it.
Looks like you're too dumb for video games, sucks for you I guess.
there are bosses you have no choice but to fight. So tell me how you decide which ones are too tough and optional so you go somewhere else vs bosses that are too tough but you are obligated to fight?
tell me this without reading a guide.

that doesn't excuse it being shit
I usually use the stairs to circle camp until the dogs are dead
>fromsoft
Probably how to ctrl-c ctrl-v
Why are people still seething about this? He was easy af

exactly what i said, Black folk like this feel proud for going through a scripted string of bullshit
Oh please, the bosses from 3 shit all over Capra in terms of difficulty
Anyone who played 3 as their first souls game is moronic
why
Because it has a 3 in the name you fricking idiot
and?
Only Black folk play sequels first
I would rather fight tree balls than capra demon
Literally impossible.
they weren't at all, game's half finished slop even by from standards and a generation of codkiddies thought they'd get gamer cred for pretending it was hard / good
Looking for some Ganker cred, anon?
>no u
no u
but i am not a Black person anon
this anon tongues my anus
>How did he get in there!?
>Where does he shit?
>What's his tax policy?
They really phoned this in, zero immersion

why is there a staircase to nowhere
The staircase goes to a doorway but it's boarded-up
This boss by itself would be too easy if we put it in a big arena like the previous ones os let's mix things up by making the arena really small and a couple of dogs as well while we're at it.
so they preferred their game to be complete bullshit rather than too easy
After years of watching many speedruns and many normal gameplays, it was pretty easy to beat this boss on my first run
