It's about average at best. There are way better hack and slash games out there. And it's not even the best lightsaber combat Star Wars game (Jedi Knight series).
Its pretty fun. Not terribly deep but you will spend several hours playing barrel of monkeys with terrified storm troopers.
The second game is unfinished because of the disney merger, anything at lucasarts not in a state to be released was shitcanned and they had just enough of the game made to push it out the door.
Certain things are played up because it’s a video game, and it’s more fun that way. The novel tie in clarifies that Galen didn’t pull it out of the sky, it was already falling, and he just used to force to steer it.
I played the Wii version of Force Unleashed 1 and liked it enough to try to go for 100%. I never quite got there, I was missing one or two of the things that were hidden throughout the entire game and went several playthroughs without finding them so I gave up.
The bosses were fun, the QTEs sucked but weren't annoying enough to ruin the rest of the game and the soundtrack was memorable.
I had both the Xbox 360 version and the wii version and I wish they had included the Jedi temple missions in the 360 version, they were pretty cool. I have also always hated how the bosses could make themselves invincible whenever they feel like it for extended periods of time
Of Ganker seems to be talking an obnoxious amount about a game before and during the release, but then all discussion vanishes, it was actual marketeers, not Ganker
God, this game was so full of bullshit.
Like 60% of the levels you'd spend an hour just looking around for where to go, reminds me of those Doom 2 levels made by Sandy Petersen where 1% was killing and 99% looking for that one button that would let you continue.
That's another thing. >finally get the light saber >next level is Nar Shaada >the one full of snipers that can't be deflected so going full lightsaber will just get you killed >sniping is super annoying because taking a single step would make you drop out of the sniper scope
They were both fine. The DLC is the best parts of both games. 3/5
S'cool
Pretty fun
it was fun but jedi academy is the best
Fun. The DLC makes me wish he didn't turn good during the first game and just remained Vader's evil Padawan

Darksaber best saber
>forcing the PC version to run at 60fps fricks up the Force grip physics
Then don’t. Problem solved.
anon I have a 250hz monitor that I paid a fortune for
So?
the psp version was the best version
I like his armour, sans the claws
Peak edge.
It’s confirmed that the helmet was designed after Bossk
I liked the Jedi Armor from the sequel
It was fricking garbage.

The PSP and Wii versions were unironically better.
>edgy OC donut steel who can grab Star Destroyers, beat Darth Vader and the Emperor
Not as bad as Disney's shit, but this was still fanfiction.
>beat Darth Vader and the Emperor
Just Vader. Uncle Sheev killed him.
Only because he distracted him.
I seriously doubt that made any difference. Especially when Palpatine instantly destroys him the first time they meet, and in the bad ending.
After the fight Palpatine was on the floor, he could have just killed him.
That was an obvious trap. Just seconds later he hits Kota with his unlimited power, and he would’ve done it to Galen if he tried to kill him too.

Love it, still mad they didn’t port the DLC to PC. If you really care about the story I would suggest the old gen versions.

Better than Fallen Order

The Jedi Temple level is a DLC level in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.
About ten trillion times better than Fallen Order which Ganker shilled the frick out of

Funny how both of his apprentices used a reverse grip, and later dual wielded lightsabers.
Jedi Knight for the COD audience.
That’s not how you spell GOW, moron.

It would be fine if the saber fights were more frequent. Most of the enemies are dumb AIs with guns, which is why I prefer academy.
That's another thing.

mediocre games, only play them if you're really starved for star wars content
The dual physics engine thing it had was neato
