What's the best multi-button mouse that doesn't end up double-clicking? I wanted to get the G502 Hero but it looks like it double clicks from one month of use.

The new G502 variant supposedly uses switches that don’t double click.

This one
>Won't work on the LGS.
Holy fricking cringe. I fricking hate Ghub.
anything that isnt logitech
>have double clicking problem with this mouse
>someone on Ganker tells me to unplug it, spam left click as fast as possible for like 5 minutes, plug it back in
>whatever
>it works
doesn't hurt to try if yours is already double-clicking.
the two times I've had it, it only happened for a couple days
so I do expect it is something physical in the switch and "working it out" is a way to clean it
i've had the G502 hero for a few months and i really like it, hasn't double clicked so far, and feels good to use
one nice thing it also has is being able to side-click on the mouse wheel, by default it's scroll left and right, but having them essentially be extra top mouse buttons ingame is really nice.
Who actually makes good mice these days anyway? Feels like fricking everyone is in on the gentlemen's agreement by using shit switches so the goyim have to replace their shit every 2 months.
Even if your mouse starts to double click you can get it replaced for free if you buy from a non shit brand
>from a non shit brand
Such as???
Logitech basically has a monopoly on the mouse, homie. It’s either them or….Razer.
Im in love with this mouse. Dunno about its durability but i've used it heavily for 6months now with no issues.

forgot link sorry
i have bought a new G502 every six months for several years now
unlike you all, i am not poor, and i refuse to miss out on the greatest computer mouse on the market
I have three G502. One of them is a spare. I have played more 1000 hours at fps games, and more hours using the pc for other shit. It's still working perfectly.
I've had 4 G502 bought for various family members and myself, ALL of them have nonfunctional scroll wheels, and it only took a couple months of use to happen.
The build quality on these is fricking garbage and the g502 singlehandedly convinced me never to buy logitech again
I'm surprised you guys don't get some kind of warranty on your mice.
I have feel squad which was $15. And last week I just brought the mouse back to best buy, told them the sensor is being wonky and they give me a gift card for the same price I bought it so I used that for a new mouse.
People don’t value warranties these days and it doesn’t make any sense. I have not paid for a new mouse in like 10 years. If it starts to double click, I call Logitech, tell them the serial number and they send me a fricking new one every time.
I just buy DeathAdder essentials for $25. I gave up on expensive mice a long time ago.
Okay, made up my mind. Just gonna be the G502 Hero with an extended warranty.
azeron cyborg
What the hell is this?
the ultimate gaming control
fully customizable with trillions of buttons that are all remappable
An autists wet dream
I'm sitting here wondering how long it'll take for VR controllers to clue in to a system like that
probably never because they have to make it for normies who will never be able to grasp the true form
looks like something a furry invented
What the hell is double-clicking? I've had LG502 for years now, with no issues at all best mouse I've ever had.
Have been using my G502 for a year with no double clicks.
There’s a weird shill here posting ai generated recommendations for the g502, but it’s actually a good mouse. Not sure what he’s trying to accomplish here.
my g502 with square logo don't double-click.
or buy this one

Been using a g502 for years with zero issues. Then again maybe I'm just absurdly lucky because I also used a R.A.T 7 for years before the sensor failed.
Literally never had a mouse double click
Razer Basilisk
What the frick are you guys doing with your mice? I've been gaming since the track ball days and I've never had this fricking issue.
Razer viper, it's their "apology" product for making shitty mice in the past. It's got the best parts and it's cheaper than everything else. Get logitech if you want
>to pay more
>to get "mature" blue LEDs over "cringe" RGB LEDs
>return your mouse every 3 months for double clicking
Avoid the hipster brands they're shit. Glorious for example is nothing special and has the moronic gamer holes that don't even cut a spoonful of creatine worth of weight but now you have to blow that shit out with compressed air all the time.
I've never been a razer fan since their first mouse I saw was my friends keyboard and mouse combo. It had a fricking number pad on the side. I loved wow but I never thought "you know what I need more than two side buttons".
Don't forget the rootkit level chinese spyware included with every Razer product!
ghub is shit but what would you even need it for? I close it and sync my mouse to the rest of my rgb shit with signalrgb
meant for u bby
They're all shit, just buy cheap mice and dump them in the ocean when they fail.
I'm loving the G502. It would be perfect if it just didn't break right away.
>using the g402 for God know how many years
>still works just fine
>have one spare in the box just in case
Perfect mouse
Just open it and replace the chink omron with JP version
>buy mouse
>have to install some shitty software that has to run 24/7 just so I can remap a button
fricking
why
>you can only disable the gay zoomer lights with the software
>software doesn't works with linux
Not problem with the G502 since you can just launch the software once and save your settings to onboard memory. Now if you get a shit brand like Razer it's a different story.
that's how the razer software works though
In my experience the double clicking is caused by dust or other particles getting inside. I guess some mice are much more susceptible to this than others.
I used a g602 for 6 years. Never had any issues with double clicking. Then I got a g604. After around a year it started double clicking. It was terrible and constant. I searched online and saw a suggestion to blow air under the button for a bit. So I used my electric duster and blew air under it the double clicking button for a minute straight. After that the double clicking was completely gone. After a few months it started happening again but blowing it out again fixes the issue once more.
I've had mine for about 2 years and no problems so far.
never had a double click with any mouse ive ever owned and ive had at least 5 logitech mice
Spatha X. modular easily replaced switches. If it does double click replace its clicker with one that you bought 4 of for 10$.
razer basilisk, unironically
Under no circumstances install razer synapse
pic related, scared the Zoomer
>inhales fumes
>gets brain damage
I've been using a Proteus Spectrum for a couple of years now and it's still perfect. Unbeatable for the price.
>double-clicking
All mice will (likely) double click because all big manufacturer use cheap 0.1$ omron switches for their mices with like 100k click lifespans.
The hard truth is you find some mouse you enjoy the shape off and then order some good switches somewhere on the internet and replace the one in your mouse with the high quality ones.
The problem isn't the switches themselves since they used the exact same 10 years ago and those mouses were rock solid. The problem is that the now use the switches out of voltage specs because they are moronic. Infinite scroll wheel is turbo shit though as
said.
I don't agree. I've had shitton of mice since 2008 and they all die after a year of heavy clicking. It's only a few years ago I got a proper soldering iron toolkit and I've been able to replace my switches myself.
Even with good japanese switches, the eventually die after 2 years at best of heavy usage. But now it cost me 2$ to swap them out instead of buying a new mouse.
It's weird because it happened to me too for like 3 months, mostly when browsing and shit. Then it has completely disappeared when I think I ended up switching USB port, perhaps when cleaning
Really weird
I'm 6 months in and no double click yet, but I've read that it's common.
But my Joycons also completely fricked out from 3 months of use, which people say never happens.
I'm still using my g400 from 10 years ago and it still works great. I got it because people used to worship it and well, it was warranted. what the frick went wrong with modern logitech?
jews, china, etc
>buy razer naga
>lasts 10 years and works perfectly even though I constantly slam it on my desk and throw it
>buy another razer naga because I broke one of the clickers off my old one on accident
>still going strong after years
>come on Ganker and read people shitting on razer 24/7 because they want to be edgy and cool
I've had logitechs version of the MMO mouse for years and I've never had any problems, except the time I spilled beer on and I had to get a new one. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have big hands. It's massive
please just make a solid plastic version, I'm tired of the rubber decomposing
I have that mouse for 3 years now. No double clicking so far.
Was still sad to let go of my old mouse, but that one was in use for 10 years or so and was falling apart…
i have had mine for at least 8 and no issues, tho i expect it to last 2 years my last logitech pulled about 4 so it had a good run shame the 302 daedlaus isnt made no more the shape was amazing for my hand
Optical switches.
