>retired from the gym
what the frick kind of statement is this? I’ve seen people in their 60s and 70s at the gym or working out.
You saying you just gave up on taking care of your body?
I did it to save time from the commute/waiting for stations to be open etc. and stay in shape at home. I also got sick and fricking tired of gym contracts, and my body stopped being able to tolerate the heavier loads and I kept regressing. Didn't feel like dealing with the back and forth anymore because it was driving me nuts but I didn't give up on fitness in general at all.
Maybe when I get a bigger house with a basement or garage I'll do a bench press again and work from there, but at this point I'm for all intents and purposed "retired", but not necessarily until the day I die. If that makes sense.
Separating the weight into two dumbells requires a lot more of each muscle to stabilize and push up the weight because you no longer have a bar to facilitate that. Plus the range of motion on dumbells is far bigger than barbell
Water, 50lb
Normal - 220
Fairy, 500lb
Steel, my ass
Flying, 60lb at most
(2 reps of 10)
Psychic. I do a light jog sometimes but am not athletic at all. The limbo of neither being fat nor fit.
I don’t have a favorite, 165
Poison. 0 - Never tried.
Grass 215
Fairy, 330
Ghost
The last 3 digits of my post
Dark, 240
Fire, 215 reps years ago. Since then took the leanpill
>not taking bloatpill
Fairy.
850 pounds leg press.
Fire - 0kg
Poison is most consistent, but I definitely have some favourite Pokemon from other types. 140lb because I'm still green.
Bug- I'm an Alcoholic
Grass, Your Mom
>110lbs
yikes bro
your mom is very petite. how tall is she?
Psychic, 145lb
Fighting, 275
I have a bunch of favorites but I probably like Grass, Steel, Water, Fighting, Ghost, Fire probably more than the others for the most part.
I retired from the gym years ago aside from occasional dumbbell exercises at home but I maxed out at 335 before I retired a year later.

Grass
Depending on whether you mean for a set or 1 rep max it's 90-100lbs and 135lbs respectively.
Grass, my pb was like 135 for 5 reps of 5 but I did clear 210 on my squat
Steel, I only do calisthenics, so i don't know
Dark 72,5 kg
Dark, 40lbs
Psychic
225, usually do 4 x 8, can push to 275
Psychic. I 'bench' two 30kg dumbells, so 60kg/132lb I guess?
Two 30kg dumbells is a lot closer to 80-85kg on regular bench
