And Ukraine has not joined NATO but Russell was so scared of having Ukraine having a secure bought it's decided invasion was preparable to Ukraine being allowed to join NATO. And just because let's just say they have a legitimate reason to kill soldiers in a hospital doesn't mean there's any soldiers whatsoever also the United States is huge they don't need to do that scientifically research in Ukraine despite what Putin tells you.
