Nah. One of the best GBA games ever made. A direct improvement to TLOGII on all affronts. Some contrarian on Ganker isn't going to convince me otherwise.
>thinking buu's fury is worse than legacy of goku 2 means you're a contrarian >when legacy of goku 2 received far higher scores across the board and on metacritic blows buu's fury out the water
I fricking love how the autists who latch on to Buu's Fury as still as stunningly autistic as ever.
The only good Naruto games are hero 3, accel 2 and storm 2 (for the story). DBZ at least has LoG2, Budokai 3, IW, Hyper Dimension, fighterZ, SBAR, BT2 and BT3.
Every DBZ game has a homogenized roster. SBAR, HD and FighterZ are the first to really try and expand on characters unique moves. Also I am more than likely twice your age and you have no clue what 90% of the games a listed or know of shishirendan or DBC

Ah, the famed zoomer ESL.

Describe to me the differences in the RS and PK system in the budokai and SBAR titles and how SBAR took a homogenized B3 roster and gave them unique movesets.
>it's the troony that wants 100 different characters that all share the same three move sets
Go play smash brothers or some shit and jerk off to your echo fighters

>Le troony xd
Sorry you can't appreciate the characters themselves and the feeling of a simulated Dragon Ball fight. BT3 actually let you have fanservice alongside your six Gokus and Vegetas that all play the same. How's FighterZ holding up?
>BT3 sucks zoom zoom >everyone plays the fricking same in BT3
Imagine being so brainlet you can't grasp BT3 high level play. No, anon; it's actually a surprisingly well made game even in its button masher.
DBZ will always have quantity on it's side, DBZ games is like a torrent of shit that can occasionally shoot out gold on every once in 4 or 5 games. Sailor Moon has generally pretty decent games, Slayers has some pretty good, Gundam can put out something decent every once in a while, There's probably some decent one piece, berserk and hokuto no ken games. There's like a 1 or 2 alright NGE games, Lucky Star, K-On! and Nichijou games are pretty good, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure still has the best anime game in Heritage for the Future, there are several other anime series and game series I'm forgetting. If we want to talk cross-overs, Super Robot Taisen blows DBZ in terms of quantity and quality of games the frick out
Anons should I get Kakarot or Pursowner 5 on the Switch?
Pic unrelated. As the LoG games are hot fricking garbage and you only remember them fondly because There wasn't any DBZ games besides the fighting ones at the time and anything outside the ordinary was gold to you people.
Well one of them constantly goes on sale for like $15, and the other one barely drops below $50 unless you're paying attention to it regularly. Also 2 different genres of games.
Kakarot isn't good as a game but it probably does the best job of going through the story and is very faithful to the source material in a lot of (but not all) places.
Persona 5 is a good video game.
I disagree, Fusions combat has more mileage then the legacy of goku games. I can see where you're coming from with the story but Fusions blitzes the Dragonball story arcs to do get to its own original story and has a proper realized version of the Dragonball world, which you can fly around in.
Based. But Buu's Fury was much better
Buu's Fury's pacing sucked.
Buu's Fury was shit homosexual.

Literally the other way around homosexual. Everyone agrees Buu's Fury was a downgrade from TLoG2.
Keep spouting contrarian shit. TLoG2 doesn't even have equips or items
wrong log2 and bf are the best dbz games
name a single anime that has more/better games. dbz has a bunch of good shit
Naruto

BT3 sucks zoom zoom
the only good budokai is B3
everyone plays the fricking same in BT3
BT3 plays like DBZ. B3 is generic fighting game slop.

Buu's Fury was a solid title, I even did a speedrun of it before they were a thing, made it to around eleven hours or so.
It's another "Functions over Characters" homosexual again.

Man of culture.
Thats just completely wrong and totally biased.

Purseowner 5, kakarot fricking sucks
Bleach. Incredible ratio of good-bad games.
No, only CC2 games were good.
i thought xenoverse was ok
Pic unrelated. As the LoG games are hot fricking garbage and you only remember them fondly because There wasn't any DBZ games besides the fighting ones at the time and anything outside the ordinary was gold to you people.
I replayed LoG2 and Buu's Fury not too long ago. They're still good.
Anons should I get Kakarot or Pursowner 5 on the Switch?
Well one of them constantly goes on sale for like $15, and the other one barely drops below $50 unless you're paying attention to it regularly. Also 2 different genres of games.
No. Get WarioWare and Kirby & the Forgotten GOTY.
Lil Gator Game and A Short Hike are good too if you like comfy indies.
Get Persona. It's 3 times longer, actually fun as an RPG, and Kakarot isn't even finished yet since there's still more DLC story coming.
Kakarot isn't good as a game but it probably does the best job of going through the story and is very faithful to the source material in a lot of (but not all) places.
Persona 5 is a good video game.
They aren't
Log2 and Buu's Fury are the best DBZ games to date. Anyone who disagrees is just a filtered homosexual.
Fusions is better than the legacy of goku games. It had pretty much every move learnable in the franchise up to its release date
The combat still got old way too quickly. Legacy of Goku was better for story aspects too.

HOW DID THE POSTER FIT ON A GAMEBOY!
Superior Japanese paper folded over a thousand times.
Based. Legacy of Goku 2 was like the first good dbz game in the west. Here's the best theme
Jap has a long history with treating their anime awful when it comes to video games. At least Gundam games are true kino.
The only good Gundam game left is the EXVS series which is console only and is always on an outdated version compared to JP arcades.
Unironically fun but moronic dev decisions are holding it way back
Fusion was the best dragonball game ever made and nothing will ever top it
ITS INSANE HOW NOTHING WILL EVER COME CLOEE
Great game, but that encounter rate tho.
Why is this thread so common?
dbz spics
Hispanic here, the game was ok but not that good to make threads that often.
I liked the DB one more.
I personally wouldn't call it the best dbz game, let alone put it in a top 10. It's fine, but it's the most 7/10 dbz game there is
Don't mind me... Just the actual underrated goat coming through. Does anyone remember me or did everyone get filtered?
Unironically one of my favourite games of all time.
>tfw no final three roster spots
I tried for months to unlock Tien
I played this ages ago and remember being blown away by the amount of content it covered.
God I fricking loved this game. Never did get ssj3 Goku. Always went physical deck because beams were easier to get after battles.
>No LoG full story remake
>No Attack of the Saiyans sequel
>No Fusions sequel
Why did all the good games die?
>those digitized Falconer tracks
God damn they still hold up
They really are impressive. Youtube the behind the scenes dev video, it's great.
Yeah it was on Toonami wasn't it? Did they do any behind the scenes stuff for Buu’s Fury?
In some cases even improved on them
The super namek theme in the anime was really short and repetitive but in the game they actually extended it and gave it more variation
I don't care for the tracks in the show but in the games they work well.
Whenever this plays its always the hypest shit
>Why are good dragon ball games so rare?
>almost every gen 6 DB game was great aside DBZSagas
Holy shit this brings back memories, one of me first gba games and right when I started watching the anime. T.1995 Black person
I don't know what comes close...
whatever happened to Hyper DBZ, that mugen mod or whatever?
