The Temple line changes are actually complete trash because of the complete ambiguity as to whose old boyfriends he's referring to on top of it not being a thing a normal person would say. Why would he give a frick about her old boyfriends over random people unless he was in some kind of weird open relationship with her? If they were his old boyfriends he'd be all like "Charlie... and Zanzibart..."
